I don't know if anyone mentioned this but I just heard on WPLJ that Enrique just cancelled the balance of his tour with JLo. I couldn't resist googling this ... apparently the tour was long scheduled to conclude this weekend anyway. He and JLo cancelled the final tour date on Sunday in Orlando, apparently because of poor ticket sales. Me, I don't think it's significant one way or another. They consolidated the Orlando shows over a week ago -- they had 3 concerts -- now doing 2. The concert was called off "due to logistical issues," said a press release from Amway spokesman Tanya Bowley. Usually that means poor ticket sales. |

I don't know if this is true or not but the guys at PLJ said Enrique said he couldn't stand working with JLo anymore because she is such a diva and lip-synched all her numbers. He also resented that he was responsible for sales of tickets and she didn't draw anyone. Sounded real nasty! |

I am a passionate Adam fan and will be for the rest of my life. I think he is amazing on so many levels. His examples of being true to himself and trying to stay positive in negative situations carry over to how I try to live my own life.
I want this Idol judge for him. But if he doesn't get it I will move on and not dwell on the negative. That is something he taught me too.
Adam is love and joy and laughter. That is how I want to be.

I can't believe Enrique would say that stuff. Think it perhaps, but I very much doubt he (or anyone) would be dumb enough to SAY it. Sounds like the dj's are the dumb ones. As usual.

But it has to end in September. There is a real possibility that Adam wants more money to do Idol than they want to pay him. They are already spending a ton of money on judges -- around $30+ million for 3 judges. Can't imagine they will spend $4-$5 million on the 4th judge. And I would HATE to see Adam do this for less than $5 million. Plus, they have to pay Randy and $35 million for Ryan. (Judges get more than the salary -- they get a lot of expensive +++'s) |

He gave the mike to a fan to sing one song the rest relied on audience participation and back-up singers. He had a nice set though: big white balloons and confetti  |

If Idol picks Enrique instead of Adam I am going to be so upset. Adam is one of their own. Sigh...... They've never had an alum as a judge so it would be more surprising for them to pick him than for them not to pick him. |
