Why there is no further rumor about Enrique. Is there any Erique's fan here? Do you sense any possibility that AI has been in talks with him and if he is interested in it? The only source mentioning him that I know of so far so far is Shirley, other articles quote her. I am more certain about Keith because there are at least 2 sources, 1 from Shirley, and the other is the country music site who claimed to have exclusive info about Keith. These 2 sources all indicate that Keith is closing the deal, unlike Enrique's case. If you read that part of Shhrley's article again you are unsure if Enrique has ever been approached by AI, or if he is in negotations with AI. If Fox and FremantleMedia execs have their way, this year's panel would consist of Minaj, previously announced judge Mariah Carey, a country star (the leading candidate is Keith Urban, says an insider) and a Latin artist (Enrique Iglesias is believed to be the No. 1 choice).
