Bullsfan, Enrique still has the i-Heart show on his website. So, until that disappears, I am holding onto the fact that he is not a confirmed judge. Also, Shirley has not mentioned Enrique for 2 weeks (I think.) And everything that Q3 just said!  Oh, I know I just think that the I-Heart show would be a pretty easy one to "get out of," as he is only one of a huge number of acts; or, they could possibly move him to a very early or late spot to accommodate. And it is in Las Vegas, not a bad trek from LA. |

I don't think we can take Shirley Halperin out of the mix---she was the first source to really site Enrique as a legitimate Idol "want." And she has said nothing about Adam (I don't count that picture she tweeted, for all we know she could have been having lunch at that deli and just snapped a picture for fun---she'a a big fan). Enrique is playing 9/22 at that huge I Heart Radio concert---but there are, like, 30 acts performing, I think. He could easily cancel out on his probably 15-20 minute set; or they could maybe even work around it. Just my speculation---I think Adam probably only got an answer about Idol in the last few days. I don't expect him to make some grand statement. And I don't expect him to suddenly unfollow Mariah or AI. And who knows, maybe he was offered a mentor position or something. Shirley did include Adam in an article about Adam that was in THR subscriber edition on 8/21/12 -- four days after her article that included the four judge panel with Mariah, Keith, Nicki and Enrique.

What was the 22nd? Was that when someone's "adopted son" had the callbacks with the producers?
Either way, judges have missed the judging rounds before. They will have three out of the four, so they can still do the round on the 22nd.
I'm going with what Adam has been telling us all along. He had talked to them and was under consideration for the position. Period.
If they have settled on four judges, and Adam isn't one of them, he never mislead us or he doesn't owe us some big explanation on Twitter. Adam can't control the fact that some read the tea leaves and jumped to conclusions and thought things were "for sure" and were 100% sure because they felt it in their gut. Adam never gave the impression that he was a sure thing, fans just took it that way. What rumors does he need to correct, the ones that fans made up in their head?
Maybe Adam isn't dealing with the rumor, because he is dealing with the disappointment himself? Maybe he is just allowing his name to float around out there for PR purposes, although he knows it's over.

No, the producer callback date was 9/14 and she tweeted about that right after Nigel was announced as having finally signed his contract so it made sense that the final producer rounds were being scheduled. I don't remember where the 9/22 date came from originally. |

So it's been speculated that AI will make the announcement by or on 9/20. |

in the schedule of events the Pretty Little Liars episode airs October 27th. Hey! thanks for this info. Any PLL watchers out there? I have been marathoning netflix PLL. There are two seasons with over twenty episodes each. Will that bring me up to date if I watch all of those? It is actually a pretty good show. |
