Perhaps Adam can sneak away for a couple of days while he's in S. Africa and head north to Lake Malawi with Sauli. I think they'd find this romantic: OMG... HEAVENS .. Soo beautiful

The Grammy winning band also is canceling some of its promotional appearances. It is due to release the album "Uno" on Tuesday, the follow-up to "21st Century Breakdown," released three years ago. "Uno" is the first in a trilogy of albums; the second is to be out in November, and the last in January. The band is due to kick off a nationwide tour Nov. 26 in Seattle.

Radio stations do not use some mysterious formula to build playlists -- they have a target market that appeals to certain advertisers, they track the audience, and the design a playlist that attracts and retains their target audience. Hopefully radio listeners want to hear Trespassing. I think they will. When stations do online request shows like UMixIt -- they track not only the requests but who is requesting and where they are. So if Trespassing is getting to #1 with no support from the Chicago area, it may not matter how many wacks it gets. ... Yes, one successful song lays the groundwork for the next release. But that is just one way songs get a shot. Trespassing has not even gone for Playlist adds yet. The first step is that the song needs to win these countdowns and get some airplay, and generate some positive feedback. Then it needs to go for adds -- and hopefully it will get a lot of adds. Fans can help, RCA's promo team can push it, Adam can promote it, but ITA the song really needs to do the work. And IMO this song, in the new radio edit version has a real shot! And I am not biased at all. I can believe that btikm failed because it didn't appeal to a target audience, but I can't believe that ncoe failed for the same reason. I listen to radio. ncoe was typical, yet it wasn't played. Trespassing is a bit unusual compared to what's on the radio right now, though it's appealing. wwfm was added and spun before the audience or the fans had a chance to react, late November of 2009. That means radio played the song before surveys, etc. kicked in. I'd like to know how radio chooses its songs. Looking at the songs that worked for Adam--wwfm, primarily--all I see is radio playing it because it wanted to play something by Adam. iihy was like pulling teeth, yet it was played, probably because wwfm was big. btikm, a perfectly fine song, a twin, in a way, to wwfm, was not played. ncoe, an excellent song, timely and fun, was not played. Trespassing? I don't know. I hope it's played. WWFM was so widely played -- one of the top songs on radio in the US and many other countries for the year -- it was more than just someone being nice to Adam. And one way to gauge the popularity of WWFM beyond Adam fans, it to look at the sales after Adam performed it on Idol. Note: Actually, several stations did callout research/testing on WWFM in early November, there was also at least one online test of the track before the premiere/single announcement on 11/18/12.I have little to no interest in rehashing the merits of NCOE and BTIKM -- I am focused on Trespassing. That is the new track. Here is LastFM...Adam and Adam's most popular song remains WWFM. I want to see Trespassing move up here and on other online and streaming sites. LastFM Adam Lambert 16,729,678 plays (480,322 listeners) Last week's total plays.... 1. Whataya Want from Me 2,646 2. Never Close Our Eyes 2,231 ... 6 Trespassing 1,173 7 Cuckoo 993

No problem here. Adam just thinks Tommy might want to get together with those girls for some industrial-strength hair tossing. That's pretty much what that vid was all about. Please. You forgot thigh-clamping, lip-licking and ass-shaking. That vid is layered, lemme tell ya. You speak the truth, sista.

This does make me sad. I don't stan Billie Joe or green day but I do have most of their albums and really love them. (And will be buying their latest on Tuesday, woo-hoo!!) The few interviews or articles I've ever seen or read about Billie Joe have impressed me. I like the guy. So this is sad. Seems to me that Billie Joe has generally been pretty supportive towards Adam too.
