This is my radio station.. I emailed Jayn, the DJ who really likes Adam, to request Trespassing and ask if they will play it, and didn't get a response which is unusual since she's replied before when I've written to thank her for playing NCOE. :-/ There's only 1 comment and not that many tweets or likes.. Please go and tweet the link or leave a comment.  They've said before that Adam mentions always get the most clicks, so they do notice these things. They were the first to play NCOE, but now I don't think they're playing anything of his.. :( To be honest, I think the station has given up on Adam. I think they were the first to play both BTIKM and NCOE. Adam did Summerthing, and a couple of small radio shows/visits this era. However, now they do not play him at all, not even his old songs. He's is nowhere to be found on the mediabase request form. I listened to Alice today for half hour each way from my hair appointment. I heard a lot of old songs (One Republic 3 times, Lady Gaga 2 times) so I don't see any reason not to play any of Adam's old songs, especially WWFM. It's quite telling that Jayn is not responding to you. She's responded to me before too. Ya I wonder what happened? Alice seemed to love Adam before.. I'll give Jayn the benefit of the doubt.. maybe she's on vacation or my email might have gotten lost in the mix? Wonder if calling them would be too much right now since Trespassing hasn't gone for adds yet? |

Radio Alice had a promo deal with RCA to support Adam. There are no personal relationships in radio anymore --- all about the $$$$$$.s |

When a show can offer an audience of 300 to 400 million viewers, they don't have to pay performers to come on their show and perform. The exposure is the payment. That's not how China & Chinese roll! Even the not so famous ones get paid on a different scale, of course. The thing is you can not get rich on selling songs & albums in China, period. Appearance fees & concerts are their tickets to the bank. I must add the logic stated above would make perfect sense in a world of total free enterprise and less population than China. The major media like TV, radio and film, etc. are all still pretty much owned or regulated by the Chinese government, and they don't compete for audience & ratings like we do here in the States. All in all, things are just a bit different in China. |

WHAAAT!!!!  I'm rating music on Hit Predictor www.hitpredictor.com/home/?done for the first time in months and TRESPASSING just came up. I figured they had already done his songs last winter or whatever. I chose HAC, AC, and Top 40 as my styles, with HAC as the favorite. Has anyone else run into it? |
