Cuckoo fit perfectly in the episode -- brilliant playing Trespassing as that's the name of his current album (and now single). When they filmed PLL, had they picked TP as the single? If they had they didn't share with us. We heard that these two songs were sung so pretty sure one would be the single but at least a month or two later before TP was announced. |

Requests done all with a mention of PLL!!  ETA: In an interview that Adam did in July (right before PLL was filmed) he said the single choice was down to two tracks. I am sure someone remembers the interview. He gave the impression in a subsequent interview that it was between Cuckoo and Trespassing. |

If Cuckoo goes to #40 on ITunes .. it will be in the top forty in POP..do able... IMHO Many radio stations PLAY THE TOP 40.. JUST MAYBE. Nope. Top 40 iTunes Pop means very little. For radio to take notice, it needs to be on the iTunes overall chart. Just a note on Cuckoo. It fit the episode like it was made for it. It got more screen time. It is not surprising it is getting more attention. However, since the album's release, the track that has had the most DLs, by people previewing the album has been Trespassing. |
