What happens if the electoral votes are equal. Does the popular count then become the deciding factor? Actually, in case of a tie in the electoral college the congress decides who is president. Yikes.

I read somewhere (probably here) that senate chooses vp and house president.

I'm a nervous wreck. I can't even watch the TV. All I want to see on my TV tonight is Obama's victory speech. ;D A lady in the store today told the clerk (an Obama supporter) that Obama is trying to get us into WWIII. *groan* :

I don't want to watch it but I'm also curious.. so back and forth to CNN I watch MSNBC. Rachel is leading the panel of commentators and they're all very interesting to listen to. They even have a Republican on the panel--Steve Schmidt, who ran McCain's campaign in 2008. He's still a conservative, but I think his experience with Palin taught him not to trust the wingnut branch of the Republican party.
Right now both Florida and Ohio are leaning Obama. If he wins in those states, it's all over for Mittens.
