So, from that Starlight performance you guys posted I fell down the rabbithole and I found this: I SWEAR there are times when I'm surprised at the physical reaction his voice rouses in my body. I fear that when I finally see him live I'm going to spontaneously combust. Or other spontaneous things might occur. Ahem. Seriously, OMG. ILHSFM. I know that the thread is already dead, but I keep the private celebration party! Thank you albiku, bringing this video up! This performance is included so much emotion, transcendent gorgeous singing voice and -how handsome Adam is! If someone had seen me watching this video, he would have seen the woman, whose mouth is wide open with amazement and delight, and is completely out of this world, focusing on the fully into this divine presentation. I love, I love all the songs from FYE!

Love, LOVE this version and LENO version. :2tears: :2tears:

A little OT -- is Eber pronounced EE-ber or Ebb-er? In the original (Norwegian) it is more like ebb-ER, with a stressed second sylable. But I have no idea whether Eber's name got Americanized along the way or whether the family is still sticking to the original pronunciation. If you want to listen to how it sounds in Norwegian, go to google translate ( translate.google.com/ ) and change your 'from' - language to Norwegian. Then enter Eber or you can also enter Mitt navn er Eber and then press the little loud speaker below the text box. It will sound out the word/sentence for you. I just waltzed back into the thread -- thanks so much for your information. I would have never thought that the accent would be on the second syllable. I've been saying EEE-ber with the stress on the EEEE. Your pronunication ebb-ER sounds way more authenic and natural. Thanks!

I got curious and looked up to find that Eber is an Old Testament name (what do I know?). It might be pronounce "EBB-er" It doesn't seem that commonly used in Norway, according to the skimming I did. I used to say "JELLY" for our "GELLY" too. It's hard to switch, even though I've never said either name out loud.

My head thought it was a hard G for Gelly too so it is sometimes right.
