It's the kind they add sugar to that is sweet. Aleks, they are like a little cake made in a small fry pan or griddle=Pancake!  Light and fluffy. I also love them with sausage because sausage with maple syrup is sooooooooooooo good!![/quote] I don't know MyS*&@^#r. The maple syrup we make up here is Maine is pretty much pure sweetness. Of course there are the different grades of syrup (light, dark, etc.) that have varying tastes. If they boil it down more it becomes maple candy, which is sweet enough to make your eyes twirl.  |

Interesting things about pancake! I have never eaten a pancake with syrup. I believe that the pancake and syrup in is a very American way. Our pancake is probably quite different, and usually we eat it with jam, for dessert or a snack.  |

So my son finally gave me the AOL autographed sessions set list as part of my Christmas present. It is kind of interesting as it also contains the breakdown of each song. Here is an example.
