Oh yeah, it's Wednesday, isn't it. I'm only down a tenth of a pound and likely will be screwed next week as we are dealing with moving this week and getting settled next week so meals will be catch as catch can.

I know... I know...missed the Wednesday check-in. I forgot to weigh myself in the morning before any breakffast etc. (my best light weight!!!) By night ...I thought...it would be too distressing to weigh myself after a full day of eating. With three deaths in a week and half...family life has been a bit on the sad side. 2 cousins and an uncle. Been travelling, and flying this past week for funerals, so it is more challenging to regulate any type of diet although I tried to eat salads with chicken etc. when I could. I cannot make any excuses for today....as I sit here typing and eating Bridge Mixture (little chocolate candies). Just felt like a treat and bought them when I got groceries this morning. Time to zip lock the bag! haha!

Funerals are always a mixed bag, so sad to no longer have the loved one and yet it's often the only chance you have of seeing others besides weddings.

Friday - TurmericYes it's a spice, it's also in pill form. If you start reading the literature it helps with everything, lol. I take one daily for high blood pressure and it does seem to help so that I don't have to go on prescriptions. ::waves at chappy::

Hmmmm. ... I don't understand it? I posted yesterday but it does not seem to be here. Ugh! I haven't been in the zone this week at all and went up a pound. Hurt my knee and have been hobbling around. Oh, well. Must try to do better.
