Tuesday - Last Chance Workouts
Now that Biggest Loser is done for the season we'll have to do our own last chance workouts. So it's the day before check-in last chance to stick to the diet and shake your buns.

I use tumeric in capsule form for pain relief, for my nerve pain. When it is bad (as it is now, unfortunately), I worry about taking a lot of Advil and putting all that through my stomach and my liver. The tumeric works at least as well as the Advil and maybe even better. You still have to treat it with respect, but at least it's natural. Has anyone else tried any natural pain relievers that actually worked? I'm signing up for a massage, that usually helps.

Wednesday - Check in Day
Well reminding myself that it was last chance day worked pretty well on the eating side. Didn't get a lot of additional workout time in. We'll see what the scale shows in the morning.
Juniemoon, I use an MSM supplement 5000 mgs for knee and hip pain. I get mine from "Bend Again". Not sure if it would help your situation but I'm planning on writing it into my living will document if I get around to it. I really do think it helps.

OMG, LOL I have a daily conversation with my scale. If I don't like the number I try two or three times. Occasionally I'll actually get a lower number at which point I say "Sold, I'll take it". This morning I was sold on the first number. Hee hee, down 2.1 from last Wednesday in spite of eating like crap and not having my smoothies. Moving is good for weight loss. We still aren't done.

Yay Rihannsu!
Checking in too. Had a good week, losing 2.8 lbs, even though I had pizza for lunch yesterday! Did have a salad on the side, and when I do go overboard a bit like that I'll compensate, so just had some fruit for dinner.
Saw the specialist for my ankle finally. He's ordered an MRI (which can take as long a 6 months to get, here in BC) and physio/exercises. Had physio today and was rather battered coming away from that but pain/discomfort is subsiding fortunately. I already go to physio regularly for my back, and should be walking for my back, but because of the ankle cannot go for walks. It's a nasty little circle!
Hope everyone is having a good week!

Well, here we are, Wednesday again. I managed to stay even with last week, which is actually pretty good as I am eating some "junk" food. Just going with the flow for a while. Trying to get in the mood to start exercising again. Ugh!!
