rihannsu, I so understand that conversation with the scale. I weighed three times this morning, none of them matched. I think maybe it's affected by tidal forces.
I'm still at my -3 total. Not particularly happy but then not totally discouraged either. Glad to see the successes of everyone else. Winter is always hardest for me so warm weather ahead will hopefully help.

Missed checking in yesterday. I got in 4x of exercise, missed one because of March Madness. LOL. I did decently on the healthy eating. I was bummed because the delivery of farm baskets was cancelled this week and I am out of nice veggies. I had some great broccoli salad and chard casserole, yum. All that's left are a few mustard greens and some celery. I hope to make it to the farmer's market on the weekend and get some stuff to tide me over until next week and a new delivery. Nerve pain is eating my lunch; I'm kind of mad about it. It interferes with sleeping and saps my vitality. It makes me not want to cook or make smoothies or the like because everything hurts. Hope to move on from this flareup soon.

Friday - Digging Ditches
Yeah, not your every day workout and with on again off again back and shoulder problems I'm not spending hours out there, more like 15 or 20 minutes. We've got a ditch that runs along the back of the property and has a tendency to overflow and make the lawn a mess so I'm out deepening it and building the bank up a little. Right now is pretty good, fairly dry on top but with enough moisture to make the digging easy. But then I haven't gotten to the cattail section yet, that's always good for some backaches and a few blisters. Hopefully I'll get done before they let water into the ditch.
juniemoon, is your nerve pain kind of like fibromalgia?

LOVE the smiley, chapf! That is so cute! jablea, thank God, no, I don't have fibromyalgia, though there does seem to be a psychological as well as physical causation when I get it. I essentially have "sciatica" in the neck and arms instead of the lower back and legs. I have a great chiropractor and have been going once a week, and trying to do what she says.

I was showing off your handiwork/creativity to my sister. I couldn't resist. She was amazed too! Plus you raise my endorphins with a little chuckle or laugh. Awwww Merci!

juniemoon,Have you tried Acupressure? I had "sciatica" in the lower back and left leg once. It happened suddenly during my sleep. I put one 5" rubber ball (like Elaine's exercise ball) under my left hip area. It stopped that horrible pain so I could sleep through the night. When I got up next morning, the pain was totally gone. stampsgal,I am so happy to raise your endorphins. That's exactly my purpose to do those smileys. Exercises sometimes are so boring and hard to devote to it. Keep up the good work everyone!
