Dang, no change for me. I did sign up with a personal trainer that's within walking distance. I'm just going to go once a week for now. I do belong to a club down the road that I hardly ever go to so he's going to assign me exercises to do there. First time with the trainer will be Friday.

Friday - Water Reboot
I've been on some antibiotics this last week and one of the instructions is to drink each pill with a full glass of water. I'm going to try and continue this when I get back to my regular vitamins etc. Full glass of water with pills at least twice a day. Yep, water fills you up.

Saturday - Bio-Oil
Nope, not for food. This is more of a beauty secret. I got mine after a demonstration at Costco. The bottle seems pretty pricey but it lasts foooorever. It's made of PurCellin Oil. It's getting very good reviews for scar reduction, dry skin fix, age spot reducer, stop stretch marks.
I have found it very good on foot callouses and I use it on the scars from my mole removals. I've been using a small amount daily for 6 months and I'm no where near close to using it up. If you are looking for an addition to your skin treatment this might be it.

Monday - Massage
Have I mentioned massages before. I've been getting them off and on now for three or four years and luv them. Wish I could have one every week.
Got one yesterday just to work out the kinks from my first professional trainer session. Once you get over any possible embarrassment of being in the buff under the sheets I've pretty much decided that if they are comfortable working on some area then so am I.
My mom and a friend got first introduced to massages in China, after that sedate American massages were nothing.

Wednesday - Check In Day
Well no matter what happens in the morning I'm going with my lowest weight of the week which I hit twice. So -4 for me!
I've met with my Personal Trainer twice now. I've got a group rate even though I've been by myself, which means it's about half what you'd normally pay. It still costs more than boarding my horse. But he does work me for a good 45 minutes (I also walk there and back). I haven't been too sore even with all the pushing and pulling on my arms but my lower back is complaining a bit and chappy's massage, even sans sheet, is looking good.

Yippie, I am minus 6.8! Ha, think my scale might be broke but I'll take it. What's even better is if I went by Jablea's method of lowest of the week I'd be down 10.
