Think I forgot to check in last week but the news is good ....steading this week at another pound loss. So in total three pounds. Important to me is keeping steady and not up and down....day to day. Another two to four pounds and getting better toned is my goal. I have 8 sessions left with a trainer....that i need to use up. ....Been busy skating and walking, big projects on the go etc. I can always think of an excuse not to travel to the gym.
Jablea. Your comments have given me the nudge I need. Working with a trainer motivates me to work out more...as I do not want the money and effort to go down the drain.

I got in 4x of exercise last week -- had to miss a time due to the nerve issues. Sigh. I find myself wanting to eat a lot of goodies too, but I did get my farm box and am enjoying it a lot. I really love swiss chard. I made a nice pasta salad with broccoli and fennel and black eyed peas that made both a supper and a lunch the next day. I'm working on some more lifestyle changes that should lead to more flexibility in my day. That means more time for exercise, preparing fresher lunches (beyond the brown bag or hamburger/sub run), and self-driven work (rather than being chained to a computer even when I have nothing to do). We'll see.

Late checking in today, although it's still Wednesday here on the West Coast. Lost .6 lb. which was disappointing to me. I'd had a good week sticking to my plan so had anticipated more of a loss. Maybe I'm reaching a plateau that always seems to happen. Saturday is really the only day I veered off the plan, as we like to have some wine/cheese/bread instead of dinner that night.
Well, onwards and upwards, oops, downwards towards next week's check-in! I see that several had positive weeks, so that's great!

Sorry! Late again. All the binge eating has caught up with me and I gained +3 lbs which makes me higher than when I actually started. Ugh! Need to get myself under control soon!!!!

Trainer killed me this week. I have to go tomorrow. Oh noes! Yeah and I'm slow doing my taxes too, lol.

Spent the weekend at Miami Pride and pigged out at a fabulous Diner all weekend long. Not expecting good news on the scale tomorrow LOL!

This was an OK week for me. I ate a ton of veggies. I ate salad, tried a new beets recipe, and made carrots. All good. I ate a lot in general as well ... . I got in 4.5x of exercise. The .5 was because I had to cut an aerobics class a bit short because of the nerve pain. The good news I have been doing well since then and Monday was the best aerobics class I have had in a long time. I also made a resolution to cut back a bit on the lattes (I LOVE THEM). I am going to cut out 2 a week to start and have juice instead. Tomorrow I head for the Texas coast -- should be more physically active than usual but also eat a lot of yummy food! And I intend to enjoy every minute of it.

Out for dinner twice on the weekend... Went up a pound. Even though I was at a banquet last night...I was down half a pound from yesterday am.
I have a luncheon today...so I will eat...no clue what is on the menu....but I still am trying to be careful.
My goal is another pound by next week!

Congratulations to those who've lost this week, or really kept up the exercise routines!
Well, I'm choosing not to believe my scale today. Was down .2 on Saturday and today suddenly up 1 1/2 when I've been quite good. I just can't believe I gained weight when even when I haven't lost a lot each week, I at least continued to go down. Discouraging to say the least. Just had physio on my back and ankle, so hope the ankle discomfort subsides and I can actually try some walking in the next few days.
Really hope next week has a better result to keep me motivated because this is "do or die" this time to lose those pounds! Wishing you all successful check-ins!
