Well not as bad as I thought for me today. I am actually down .8 from last Wednesday but up from my lowest this week.
Fiercelier - If you are weighing daily remember that your weight can fluctuate as much as 6 to 8 pounds in any 24 period. It is better to look at the overall trend for a period of a month to evaluate whether you are gaining, loosing or have plateaued. It is also important to be sure you are weighing at the same time of day and same clothes if wearing any. I have bounced as much as 3 1/2 to 4 pounds up then down in two days time.

Well, managed to drop some of the pounds I picked up, and truthfully, I can't remember what my actual starting weight was now. Best thing is to start all over again since I have been out of control for 3-4 weeks.

Saturday - National Suck your Belly IN day
Well it should be a national day anyway. See how long you can go before you forget.
Do it NOW! Yes, that's right, sit up straight, hands on the keyboard, bellybutton sucked in. So you can do it for however long it takes you to take the pooches on a doggy walk or during the time you spend on ATOP, whichever is longer. Who am I kidding? I'm sure your furry friends are just as jealous as mine our. lol

Monday - Quad Stretches
My trainer has a machine for this but you can do it easily at home by turning away from the armrest of your couch, lifting your leg backward and placing the top of your foot on the armrest. Then move closer to the couch (ie hop) or place more pressure on your leg. Kind of hard to explain but in addition to making muscles stronger we also have to stretch them.
Chappy, I've used one of those torture devices before, there might be one in my trainer's gym, I'm crying now just thinking of it. I'll check it out tomorrow. Missing my soap to go, I'll have to watch on Hulu.

This week was pretty much off the wagon for me, as I knew it would be. I went to the coast and ate fried seafood and all kinds of yummy stuff, and I'm out of veggies. No delivery until next week, either! I bought a big bag of spinach at the grocery store and plan to go the farmer's market on Sunday to get some more stuff to tide me over. Exercise-wise, I am on track for this week, at least. It sure made a difference missing while I was on vacay. Now I'm all stiff and sore from aerobics. I didn't take my fish oil with me to to the coast and was surprised how much of a difference that made on being stiff too. Later in the year I'll be going on a longer trip. I hate to drag along a big jar of fish oil but it might be the best thing. On the plus side -- it was a few delightful, relaxing, stress-free days! So that has to be good for my health!
