Pushing around day...sheesh that is tough work ...when I worked with a trainer a year or more ago...he had me pushing work out benches ...and it was tough. speed work then push the bench.... weights then push the bench. It was on the carpet so at least it moved...cannot imagine a big sled on concrete...unless it has pads on the bottom.
Not sure I could handle the screeching...haha. Anyway down a pound...two more for my goal. Tried on two summer dresses and I like the fit around the waist...two more pounds gives me the margin I want, and enough that the rest of my clothes still fit. It was realky just getting back to where I wanted to be.
Sure I could loose more but maintain it ...nah! ....Still being hopeless about working out. more than brisk walks. In two weeks when I finish this work project I am on...then I have no excuse.

Nothing exciting, but I am down 1/2 lb from last week. Still struggling but not giving up!!

Only down .4 from last Wednesday but at least it is down and not up. Feeling yucky today so glad to have the day off tomorrow.

I guess it's a week for slow losing, as I too am only down .2 lbs. The good side of that is that I have now lost a total of 20 lbs., 1/3 of my goal! Slow going but this is the longest I've been able to stick to a plan, and while I veer off from time to time, I get back on. Knowing I'm checking in here every week and have other likeminded folks trying hard too is really helping me, so THANK YOU ALL for the support!
I also managed 2 walks this week, only about 30-35 minutes, but it's a start. It went pretty good, although on the weekend the ankle was bothering me quite a bit again. I also have a date for the MRI on my ankle, and it's much sooner than anticipated, June 11. So, at least then we'll hopefully get a better idea why it is still bothering me. Whether there is something that can be done remains to be seen, but at least I'll have more answers.
I admire your exercise and veggie eating plan, Juniemoon!

Wow fiercelier, congrats! Down 20 is wonderful news. Can you share your plan again and how you are dealing with cravings? You seem to have a done a great job with making tradeoffs and self bargaining to remain on an even keel.

Hi body shappers! I am leaving country for 2 weeks. I don't think "tablet" is good for posting smileys. The cheerleader squad probably won't come out for two weeks. Keep up good work!! Before I leave, I will have my best cheering team "team-Adam" out on Sunday!!
