Hi everyone! Doing well Stardust!
Fortunately the ankle pain subsided again after a few days and I was able to get a walk in yesterday. It's going to be harder from now on as part of my work will be both early morning and evening, and I cannot walk when it's too hot during the day (for my liking at least, as I don't like the heat). MRI for the ankle is up next Tuesday, will try for another walk Friday morning and then have 3 days of working so probably won't get another one in before the MRI. Admire all of you who are doing so well with walking and exercise!
Down 1.8 lbs. this week, so slow but steady is continuing. I am now getting into territory, as far as my weight, where I haven't been in many, many years, so pretty pleased about getting there!
Another veggie that makes for a real nice salad is Belgian endive, with apple, hard boiled egg and dressing. Don't know if you ever see that in your box Juniemoon. See you all next week, and keep up the good work!!

Down a pound, yay! Ooops, missed the day again. I swore yesterday was Tuesday till I saw ya all posting and then couldn't add anything because I can't get logged in on my tablet. oy rihannsu, thanks to your urging I'm trying to track my intake again. Right now it's just items with only a few how many calories (if it says on the side of the box). In the past I was very linear. 9:00 egg, 9:14 juice and if I forgot the 8:00 toast I had earlier well then it threw me all off. So I designed me a word table form. 8 columns wide, 6 rows tall. (1 row and column included for headers) in landscape. Days across the top - no brainer there. Then my 5 rows are labled 7-10, 10-1, 1-4, 4-7, 7-11 . This gives me locations for all 5 mini-meals times but I just have to put things in boxes and not try to be more linear and time specific. I can put in things I forgot, I can guesstimate time the next day, and I have a whole week on one page. I think you can download a copy of your own if you want to below. Wednesday - Check In DayThanks chappy, I probably would have forgotten again. I highlighted Tuesday on my food log rihannsu is making me do to remind myself not to sabotage the morning's weigh-in. I'm going to try and train myself to look at the food log before putting anything in my mouth. I like the system I have set up with little squares for each "eating period". I even looked at the clock and the form this morning and asked myself if I could just wait 45 minutes for that food I wanted so it would be in the next square. They've got a groupony coupon ad this week for 8 weeks of veggies like Juniemoon is getting. I'm tempted but I've got a bunch of asparagus already sitting for days in the fridge. I had to throw the last bunch I bought out so I just don't think I'm organized or creative enough. I really should be able to grow everything I need but my chickens are eating my peas, I don't have the cucumbers planted etc etc. But on the plus side I am getting exercise working my horse out. hmmm, there's a topic.
