So when do we think Adam saw Les Mis? Okay, since I live in my own fantasy world I'm going to fantasize he ordered it in his hotel room and he and Sauli watched it together. Darn, I bet he missed some parts. I like your fantasy! My guess is that as a member of the screen actor's guild, Adam has his own copy and just brought it with him to Bali. Perhaps he even has more and thought he might watch some on the plane or in his room while resting. All members of the voting "academy" get the top movies during the month of Dec. My son is in the producers guild and he has EVERYTHING!!

Haven't seen the movie yet, but am very happy to see Adam's "review." Why? Hard to put into words. Adam praises many pop singers and compliments their voices. I listen to them, scratch my head, and wonder "what the hell is Adam talking about? What is Adam hearing that I am not? Cuz they are NOT what I would call 'good' singers!" Being such an exceptional and highly trained singer himself, and having worked amid other beautiful singers in musical theater, I couldn't comprehend Adam's appraisals. However, these tweets make total sense to me. And I finally understand that Adam has different criteria for what comprises a "good" singer, depending on genre. It's another example of Adam's open-minded appreciation for diversity and artistry in many different forms. And a good object lesson for a "music snob" like me to open my own mind to more variety. Agree. And he carefully qualifies his opinion by saying "this is opera."

I would not be surprised if Adam in the future will make his own movies/modern operas, or whatever.
With the comment of ADAM, he will be more more popular! I would not be surprised if it will go viral.

frecklesexual I don't want spoil it for you, but one day her image will be destroyed for whatever reason even if she is a saint. That's the way the media works. Nobody here is telling that she is doing something wrong. She's not. But it could be totally another way around and for many artists it would be. She is not special, she is just lucky. And in that department IMHO Adam is really lucky to. For now. [/quote spoil what for me? I don't understand this comment. You're right about the media which is why I have no investment in how Taylor (or anyone else) is treated by the media because the media and how they report has no impact on whether I'm a fan of someone or not. I wonder if the public's perception of these celebrities is shaped by the media or the media is shaped by the public's perception? About spoil it comment, I was under impression that you are rather invested in that Taylor's image thing in media. If not, I'm sorry About public's perception of celebrities - IMHO it is a system of connected vessels. Today our impact on media is biggest in history, but it's also the other way around - you must living on Mars if you want to avoid constant media buzz. But we never have the opportunity to see the whole picture. Seriously, I'm not Taylor's fan at all but I know about her more than I ever wanted. The same goes with Beiber, Gaga, Zlatan Ibrahimovic or Metallica. But it's all fragmented - this is no real knowledge. Media are the same- catchy onliner here, stupid rumour there. If you don't know enough, you will jump to conclusions about someone's life and you will not think twice. For example - you heard that Justin is cheating on Selena. You will not check it. For what? You don't care about them but you will think "Yes, he is" or "No, he isn't" and this will affect the perception of them in your brain (you may not even be aware of this). We are just humans, and media are like humans.

So, the one negative thing he says/does all year is going to get press. I wonder how many people will be saying stuff like "he thinks he's so great?" I'm bracing myself.
