I know we follow every move he makes but I am just astounded at some of the comments under the Love Wins Over Glamour video. Some are thinking its an Adam show and complaining that he should just sing without all the costumes and dancing boys! WTF! Then of course the lip sinc issue! I know they don't realize it's a big production number for a charity event and Adam is a guest artist. BUT! WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Was he lip syncing or just singing over layers of recorded back-up vocals? I can't imagine Adam being willing to lip sync it. I'm sure he was singing live to his own backup vocal track, my only point was the comments and how silly they seem sometime! No matter what the production calls for Adam always sings live!

I am glad that I spent a lot of time examining his costume and the parts and pieces of it. The use of those old Diesel boots and so many things from his own wardrobe really impressed me. I hope he explains about who did the design and the work on this costume. I have great admiration for the design concept -- and I suspect that it may have been Adam's idea to incorporate the peacock design since we know he love the look of peacock feathers. On the performance, I do not care what was sung live and what was prerecorded. I know that Adam can sing that song live with no issue. He has often used backing tracks of his own vocals in TV performances and concerts, not even Adam can sing a 3-part harmony. . It is entirely possible to have the live vocals going out on site and yet have prerecorded vocals on the broadcast stream. It is possible that the same full track used at the rehearsal was what went out on the stream. It is also possible that even though his mic was live they deliberately had it lower volume in the mix to give precedence to the prerecorded track. Bono talked about this a lot with U2. Often when they appeared on TV shows what went out on broadcast was prerecorded even though they were actually playing live in studio. Later in there careers Bono always insisted that his vocals be totally live but he has the status to insist on that and Adam may not always be able to get his way there. As a matter of fact when they did SNL at one point Bono made a big deal about how they actually were totally live when most musical guests are not allowed that. In any case singing live with a recorded track behind you is not quite the same as true "lip syncing" which is actually just pretending to sing. He looked like he did a fine job of matching the track which actually doesn't surprise me because in my opinion the only times he has had "trouble" lip syncing were in situations where the video was actually being edited like in music videos or some TV programs where different camera angles where edited for a final show. I would think his theater training would insure he is capable of repeating performances exactly when necessary even if that is obviously NOT his preference. I believe the reason the only time Adam "has had "trouble" lip syncing were in situations where the video was actually being edited like in music videos or some TV programs where different camera angles where edited for a final show." is because as far as I know, these are the only times he has lip synced the vocal. Perhaps I am forgetting a performance which is possible.

The lip sync comments are 99% being posted by troll who like to post negative comments about Adam. (It is sad but I know who most of them are they post so frequently about Adam.) There are already many posts about Adam using backing tracks on all the LWOG YTs. The YouTube of LWOG with the most negative comments (and most views) is adamlambertbe. Look at the stats. It has 50,499 views 780 up 20 down. ** If there is a bit of buzz about Adam lip syncing, perhaps it will generate some extra views. But generally responding only encourages this troll posts.

Why are the future Olympics being held in Russia, What a disgrace. The world is watching& Thank goodness ADAM is out of there. It's a mixed bag isn't it? My newspaper says in my state here in the US we still outlaw sodomy so a local sheriff who has sponsored Boy Scouts is going to pull out because letting gay youth in supports an illegal act. Guess Adam shouldn't swing by here on his next tour, even though he had a sold out crowd the last time. If/when the Olympics goes to Russia it will be a chance for dialog, possibly high stakes boycotts, might have a rainbow flag moment like we had a black panther salute. There certainly will be lgbtq atheletes participating. As I think we discussed when Adam went thru Russia this year that he has lots of fans there who don't agree with their country right now and showing diversity inside the country is more helpful than isolation. The law may be on the books but the US Supreme Count struck down these sodomy laws in 2003 in the entire US.

Hmmm...all this talk of whether he lip synced or not. I don't think it really matters, does it? I mean, he looked amazing, we know he a great time. He basically got to tell rich people with his song, "empty your pockets mother fuckers". You know he loved that. He got to perform on a crazy big stage with a bunch of shirtless men. It really is all good. We know the man does not lip sync for his own shows, so if for the sake of the show lip syncing was a necessary evil, in the long run, it makes no difference. The cause was served. He looked divine. Money was raised, Excellent
