I expect the Billboard story to a label announcement. Don't worry! I love your optimism! I am really counting on a label announcement. I don't think BB would be excited about info that Ryan will have already spilled. Also, don't expect FOX to be making a judge announcement on ABC!  |

Took me a long time to read all the rest (while making a tentative room res. at MGM lol) of this thread! IF IHR w/Queen & Adam is true, is there any possibility that they might include an original song of Adam's in their set? Seems farfetched, but I'm wondering what the actual point of this appearance would be if not. I mean of course it will bring so much pleasure to us Adam fans and many Queen fans, but without a single to push or any kind of tour to promote, why do something radio related? To help Adam earn goodwill with radio stations? I mean, from what I read here today, the point of IHR is radio promotion, they do not get paid cash for the appearance right? Or do they? I'm so hopeless even though I'm reading everything! Fronting Queen at this concert is not going to help Adam with CHR radio. At all. I'll admit it, if this is happening I really don't get it. If it is on TV, a large number of people will be reminded of Adam's vocal ability and stage presence!! ETA - Plus, given the ticket prices & TV broadcast, they are paying the acts very well. I don't think they could get Queen there otherwise. If Adam's advance for his next album is a good bit smaller than before, then he will need performance money to help fund his next album if he wants to make it the way he wants to make it! |

Queen would do IHR to promote their music sales and to pre-promote their new album. To stay in the public eye. Plus, they like to perform.
But if Queenbert is announced tomorrow, it could be the BB story.
ETA: I wonder if Adam would do it for also getting a number or two of his music in the concert?

Wow, so much pending news..... But this..... ![]() NEW MUSIC from Adam is the most exciting to me !! Hope they are previewing a new single that will be sooner rather than soon-ish 8-) Crossing my fingers for a recording contract announcement from Bill Board, and, QUEEN and AFL in the US in Las Vegas on Monday ? OMFG!!! The IHR concert seems to be a big deal, and possibly televised- YES! I am going try to be there if it happens. Last time I saw Queen, was my late husband dragging me to see Queen w/Paul Rodgers, uggghh. I LOVE QUEEN, but Paul Rodgers not so much, lol. The GLEE gig is going to be great exposure for Adam, I sure hope all the moron execs at RCA enjoy all the covers he'll be doing on there, LOL!!! I truly thought the covers album was a joke when I first heard they were expecting that for his next project. |
