I hope this is a hint of StarChild: May this be a platform that sets Adam free to fulfill/fully express another of his many artistic dreams, whatever that may be. [Prayer to Universe] Bend it like Adam BB.

Spoilers for Adam's upcoming episode from the pink place: 1. Adam Lambert’s character is named Starchild. But that’s just a stage name. His REAL name is Elliott Gilbert 2. Here is how Adam’s character, Starchild, is described: “A handsome youth, in David Bowie/lady gaga/velvet gold mine DRAG, coming into the room.” 3. Kurt (Chris Colfer), Dani (Demi Lovato) and Santana (Naya Rivera) hold auditions for the band Kurt talked about in Episode 2 (He said he decided to work with Santana and Rachel at the diner to earn money to start a Madonna cover band) 4. Adam shows up for auditions and performs “Marry the Night” Elliott WHAT A CUTE NAME THANK GOD ITS NOT JUST STARCHILD I MEAN DONT GET ME WRONG ITS CUTE BUT JUST STARCHILD? OHHHH ADAM ELLIOTT STARCHILD GILBERT MITCHEL LAMBERT Oh, geez, I didn't see this. I hope it's true. Two personas for Adam is better than one, for sure. I know I'll love both! Elliot is perfect. I knew an Elliot who was a rock star in a famous band where he was known as Gino, lol.

Q3, I was thinking about the nemesis thing too and am thinking along the same lines as you. That Adam is so amazing & blows them all away. Kurt ends up feeling like Adam is taking his place. And if Starchild is Dani/Demi's brother, Santana will have to choose sides, which won't be easy, since she lives with one and is involved with the sister of the other......could get very interesting!

If you're still collecting votes for the "Second Best Singer in the World" I wish to cast my vote for Barbra Streisand. She was my "songbird" growing up. Me too, wendyness! Her voice and music touched my heart.

Great point! Lots of drama. I hope Elliot has a sense of humor about it all and that drives Kurt further nuts! I can imagine Elliot trying to placate Kurt but Kurt not wanting to give up his Madonna cover band idea. If Dani & Elliot are siblings, he'll be in the inner circle really fast.

There have been a few mentions of her. So I am going to post what I think is one of Judy Garland's quintessential performances, certainly representative of Carnegie Hall era Judy. This song, from her 63-64 TV series, was featured on the PBS special, Judy Garland:The Concert Years. It was written by Lionel Bart for the musical "Oliver", but Judy was Bart's muse so the song has everything to do with her. In his biography, Vincent Minnelli wrote: "She believed every word and her sincerity made believers of us all...Judy's essential purity always remained. Her whole being was suffused with emotion". Judy does not sing the song. She IS the song. She is, of course, not all emotion. At her best, as here, she had great technique as well. Listen particularly to the end, where one long held note flows into the next (and where she breathes I do not know). www.youtube.com/watch?v=eT0ms9UdxcE
