Paul McCartney managed to sell x3 times the Yankee Stadium which can accommodate ~50K people when people thought this is going to be a once in a life time mini tour.
Rush sold out MSGx3 a year and a half a go for their moving pictures tour.
Billy Joel just sold out the Barclay Center in minutes and now new MSG date was scheduled. Both these acts had nice promo in the leading NY radio station Q104.3 and I'm sure in other Classic Rock stations as well.
If planned correctly I do not think Queen will have a problem selling out MSG.
