In response to thebean---I'm with you. Wasn't fond of any of the songs covered on Glee for this week's show. When I think of the songs I WISH they would cover.....but then again, I realize I really only want to hear Adam's voice,
so I guess that wouldn't be fair to the rest of the cast.
I do appreciate the exposure Adam's getting for being on Glee though.
Meantime,patiently waiting for the news from Queen and Adam on Thursday----and Adam's new album. I just need to hear the man's voice!!! Get it???/

OK singing masters. Did Pink mean to take all those breaths or was she nervous and needed to? I found it very distracting though aside from that, she sounded great. Very strange, indeed. She takes all kinds of breaths between syllables of a single word. Again and again. It makes no sense stylistically or in terms of interpretation. Yet, she breaks the word "over" with a breath each time. That would seem to be intentional. It ruined the song for me. Eliminated the meaning of the words and phrases. I don't get it. |

Came back from watching the DVR recording of the Oscars (sans commercials) to complain about the same thing, but I see others have covered this. My enjoyment of music is ruined. I could barely handle Bono's vocals. Wife forced me to skip over the Frozen song. Could not enjoy P!nk's voice due to the breathing in strange places. Damn you, Mr. Lambert! You have spoiled our ears! |

I so agree. I now listen to other people singing and I always think Adam could sing it better and why isn't he on my television right now singing it instead!!!
