The American Idol star has, as you no doubt know by now, been starring as Elliot ‘Starchild’ on the Fox musical drama and most storylines have centred around New York, Kurt Hummel and their new band. Former X Factor judge Demi Lovato has also been popping up throughout season five and in an upcoming episode she’s set to join forces with Adam and Chris Colfer again. The trio will be performing a cover of The Supremes’ “The Happening” in a forthcoming instalment and we have the amazing audio below. What we love about the song is that Adam, who is clearly the best vocalist in the lineup, allows the others to shine and Lovato really does hold her own against the renowned singer. She does a fantastic job. Meanwhile, Glamberts everywhere are eagerly awaiting news of his new concerts with Queen after it was recently reported that the dates could be announced within the next few weeks. Brian May has confirmed that the For Your Entertainment star will remain on the lineup, taking the late Freddie Mercury’s vocal role and we just want to know where and when they’ll be playing and where we can get tickets from. All we know so far is that May is enjoying his collaborations with Lambert – which have been ongoing since 2009 – and revealed that they have come up with “an amazing working list of dates” which they hope to confirm very, very soon. Stealing your birthday greeting! Mornin' all! Torn about GLEE. I do love seeing & hearing Adam on my TV, but I mostly hate those annoying voices that keep interrupting Adam's songs. Listened to Barracuda. Needs more Adam spice. Forced myself to click on The Happening. I hate that song. As soon as Adam starts singing, I get goosebumps all over. How does he do that? |

Great Read! Pharell responds to being called a genius. There is a lot of Adam in his quote. Pharrell Williams: Ummm…I’m not comfortable. A genius denotes someone who knows a lot on their own—self contained. And I’m not. All of my work is a direct reaction to meeting all these very interesting people with whom I’ve collaborated. I’ve learned so much about their processes and who they were, and their vibes have inspired me. In that case, I just could not take authorship for my path. I know that I’ve elected to take some of the choices, turns and the direction that I’ve taken. But I know at the same time, there are these integral people in our lives from time to time who come in, give us direction and guide us. They tell us which way to go, and those are the people I feel like are just as much… They share the authorship for all of my successes. ETA: Do you think Pharrell will appear on Adam 3? |
