If the "howlette" in Barracuda annoys you too much, Terra has edited it out.

I love The Happening! It's jivey and fun! When Adam's part kicks in, it makes me smile.
The Happening is also my favorite. I love the harmony parts of all three. It gives us a taste of what it would have been like to be an Adam fan pre-fame. I can't wait to see how it will look performed. Glee has been a gift. We get new music every week. Even if it isn't your cuppa it's a cup. Not my favorite Adam performance is better than no Adam performance

WOW! Pharrell!s interview and Happy video is a must view. I'll even forgive his silly look at the Oscars.

Adam mention. www.hiphopdx.com/index/interviews/id.2307/title.pharrell-williams-speaks-exclusively-to-hiphopdx-on-the-label-of-geniusPharrell Williams Speaks Exclusively To HipHopDX On The Label Of Genius by KATHY IANDOLI posted March 03, 2014 at 8:15AM CST Exclusive: Pharrell traces his current direction back to a 2011 Pop/Rock album and a search to restore music's human element. Pharrell Traces His Current Sound To Adam Lambert’s “No Trespassing”DX: It felt like your 2013 work with Robin Thicke and Daft Punk was building towards this sound. How much of this album was done side by side with these artists? Pharrell Williams: No, that’s not true. I’ve actually been flirting with this sound since 2011. I made this song for Adam Lambert called “No Trespassing” in 2011 and put it out in 2012. I also did “Inevitable” with the Scissor Sisters. There’s a bunch of records I did that predate that music, and I guess it just wasn’t the right time. DUH...and just what do those acts have in common? ...seriously ... It is good that things are changing some I am just not sure they have changed enough for BIG success yet...if anyone can break through it is Adam. With all the recent seeming Ryan Seacrest love, perhaps Ryan wants part of his legacy to be seen as a kingmaker for change...

Great Read! Pharell responds to being called a genius. There is a lot of Adam in his quote. Pharrell Williams: Ummm…I’m not comfortable. A genius denotes someone who knows a lot on their own—self contained. And I’m not. All of my work is a direct reaction to meeting all these very interesting people with whom I’ve collaborated. I’ve learned so much about their processes and who they were, and their vibes have inspired me. In that case, I just could not take authorship for my path. I know that I’ve elected to take some of the choices, turns and the direction that I’ve taken. But I know at the same time, there are these integral people in our lives from time to time who come in, give us direction and guide us. They tell us which way to go, and those are the people I feel like are just as much… They share the authorship for all of my successes. ETA: Do you think Pharrell will appear on Adam 3? I love Trespassing and Kickin in and would love to listen to any new collaboration between Adam and Pharell

I am so happy to see this. I have to admit I have been a little resentful that Adam's music didn't get the acknowledgement it deserved and felt Pharrell was influenced by working with Adam. Nice to see Pharrell acknowledged it. And...I have to say again...F*@# You RCA! I'll be quiet now. ETA: LOL! Love Gelly! Gelly @14gelly 26m FOR RCA bit.ly/WoEGyT
ETA2: One more from Chunkeymonkey LOVE AMMO 4EVAH chunkeymonkey81 45m “@lohablondie: he works w pharrel & nile before they get big again, but they want a covers album-basically r ca i1208.photobucket.com/albums/cc369/loha40/wtfcat_zpse392ddb8.gif …” LOL

Thanks for the birthday wishes. I am happy to be here. Had a few health scares in the last month, but all is controlled now.
I am a little bummed as my son had tracks meets last Tuesday and this Tuesday, so I missed and will miss the Glee episodes. In order to watch them on demand, you have to have the latest version of Flash Player, and every time I try to download it, It gets stuck on the install as my computer, which has been totally revamped by a computer geek due to heavy virus infiltration will not allow me to download. So now I have to get the computer tech to breakdown firewalls and do it for me.
I am glad he totally revamped my computer, as it was 99% worthless, and now I have so many bells and whistles, I am able to go to sites without all of the bad stuff that come with them sometimes. So I have to hold off until he does this for me. By then it will be old news, but new for me.
Thanks again!!!!!!!!

IMO Adam is just a little ahead of his time. He seems to be at the beginning of a wave trend before people know if they like it. Adam is bored with that trend before it become main stream.
An example outside of music is this weeks Project Runway. They did a Steampunk Challenge. They explained Steampunk first appeared about 4 years ago. Four years ago is 2010. GNT 2010 used a Steampunk fashion theme. Adam is on to the next thing - Formal ware that isn't black. The Today show said men were starting to bring color to the red carpet. One person commented saying next year men might even be wearing patterns.
I used fashion examples but I think this is also true with music. RCA kept trying to fit Adam with what is happening currently. That is not where Adam needs to be. Adam's masterpiece is still in him. His look and voice are only getting better. Adam needs the right person to pull that #1 record out of him. He has the right connections now. He is away from the homogenized sounds of Dr Luke. I'm willing to bet Adam 3 will be the next trend. The only question is will Adam be able to capitalize on it?
