Anyone think it's possible that Adam's FB posting of Red House yesterday was possibly reassurance or a hint to fans that he's not going down a Britney Spears/Back Street Boys pop road? I can't wait to hear what magic MM can produce. I hate hate hate Taylor Swift's voice, but every time those stupid songs of hers come on the car radio they get stuck in my head for the rest of the day... I'd love to have that happen for Adam. Skipping through that 19-minute video of MM hits last night I did hear a lot of variety there. Maybe, but I think there is NO CHANCE of anyone turning Adam into a pop baby at this point in his career. Anyway, FYE was a Britney song -- and you saw what he did with that. I trust Adam 110%. He is not some helpless kid shaking if fear of Max Martin. He decided to work with Max Martin. Adam worked with Pharrell Williams, he can handle Max. ** For anyone wanting Adam doing classic rock music -- we have Queen. For anyone wanting Adam doing 70's and 80's covers -- we have Glee For anyone wanting Adam doing mainstream contemporary music -- looks like we will get a pop album And for anyone wanting Adam doing electro-dance, looks like we just might get LMD as a single -- or at least in a global summer TV campaign. Seems like he is covering all the bases we love and giving us 360 degrees of Adam! ** If you are expecting Adam to record an adult contemporary album or record standards, I think we need to wait until he is over 40. If you want Adam to do an album of Roy Orbison covers (looks in the mirror) it will have to be in our dreams. He is not gonna do country music. |

The business suit all wrong ,stripping one item at a time.. added meaning to Don't Stop Me Now... LOL Lots of information,songs,videos ,etc. about Freddie and Queen , maybe we can have a section just for Queen on Adamtopia. In the meantime.. Queen is currently Adam news. Just like Glee was Adam news. If it bores you, scroll. But no, I do not want a Queen section on Adamtopia. A SECOND Queen section to the awesome one we already have (and have had for quite a while).  [ties on mod hat momentarily]While Queen and Adam are completely intertwined these days, the "Queen section" is for a wonderful reference for those who have been getting acquainted since the Kiev days. But, like cassie's vocal masterclass section, is a separate entity from current news. The CURRENT Queen information on the news thread is related to up coming touring and info for setlist predictions. Since the Queen tour *IS* current news, its perfectly appropriate in the news threads. [removes mod hat, goes off in search of a lolly] |

How about the Amway Center in Orlando, Florida? It would be a terrific place for Queen and Adam. I think it holds 18,000 to 20,000 for concerts. It has lots of parking and great acoustics. Someone tell Queen about it please.
And Atlanta would be closer too. There is nothing below Maryland. What about South or North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Louisiana. There are lots of southern states that would love a Queen and Adam concert. Really feel left out down here.

It's cool that you mentioned Roy Orbison, Q3. While we can't expect any Adam covers of Roy's incredible vocals (too bad), I was reading the other day about the collaboration KD Lang did with Roy. She learned from him how he made it in the business in spite of his quirky looks and personal qualities, and also how he stripped it down to be all about his voice. It was after working with Roy that she decided to drop some of her cowgirl gimmicks, even though they were fun, and focus entirely on her voice. Reading about this really made me think.

Some willing to travel to Europe ..I'm paying a fortune to go to Merriweather...LOL I would love Queen and Adam in my backyard, not going to happen... BUT I am thinking that Miami might be a possibility I'm so hoping that HBO will do a special Queen and Adam Lambert concert .Lady Gaga's was incredible |

Well in comparison to the East Coast, the West Coast isn't exactly blanketed in concert dates Lets face it, there will never be enough venues or close enough venues. I am just thrilled that there is a venue I can actually drive to, even if it is 5 hours. It's the first time since GNT |
