I just got an email from Sweetwater, where I bought my ear plugs, thanking me for my business. Either they have the best customer service plan in the world in existence or most of their orders are for big bucks. I know they are something .. They sent candy and a large thank you with my ear plugs..  Hey! I didn't get candy, BBL gonna go complain! |

It was never announced but is in the news reports about her new album. She will eventually get listed on their roster. As we know, you can be signed to a label for a long time before it becomes public.  So do you think their retweet was just about Tove Lo or both her and Adam? Why would they hunt down his tweet from March 3rd if they just wanted to pimp her? I think it is all about Tove Lo. This is a social media account that is probably managed to a plan. Someone (usually a poorly paid social media coordinator or intern) has a list of who to promote. Tove Lo is certainly on their list since they are starting the pre-promo for her debut album. Adam is a Top 100 celebrity on social media -- so retweeting him is a good social media strategy for anyone he mentions. ETA: I do not think we will get any clues about Adam's new album release and label by Twitter leaks. Even the LAVA Records retweet of the Z100 QAL Tickets tweet could be for Queen who is signed to UMG. The problem is there are two many interconnections. Also, they have this locked down. We will just have to wait -- and probably speculate while we wait because that is what fans live for. |

Why is it a tasteless joke? I thought it was clever, whoever did it. Not very good in terms of rhyme or meter, but.... 'Cause while its PROBABLY an April Fool's joke, it didn't actually come out on April 1st, and so can be construed as being real. Is April fools in Southern Hemisphere. :-) |
