I just got an email from Sweetwater, where I bought my ear plugs, thanking me for my business. Either they have the best customer service plan in the world in existence or most of their orders are for big bucks. I got my ear plugs in two days with a thank you letter and a little bag of candy!lol! Yes a good and smart customer service plan!!  ETA: I just posted after I saw your comment and I see as I read the thread further that others got the same thing. I just took a chance and ordered from them and it worked out well. They definitely have my attention if I ever need anything else. |
