Some days I am in absolute awe that a bucket list item from my "salad days" 40 years ago (Queen) has come together with a current bucket list item (Adam singing Queen) to form the fabulous new lifetime bucket list topper of Queen+Adam Lambert.
If this was fiction it would be written off as implausible. But it's real. #lifeisstrangerthanfiction... no, grasshopper- it's better.

I've been thinking: the most annoying prejudice against Glamberts, for me, isn't about them being older women, or fruit flies, or whatever - but that they have an inflated sense of Adam's worth. Well, at least it's the one which gets me every time. Of course, no one has ever said that to me ('cause I'm the epitome of cool and unimpressionable, hehehe;), but just generally speaking, like the general impression, from the outsiders. Back to chopping onions:))) I understand what you are saying. I get frustrated when folks don't realize how fantastic Adam is, too. Don't understand why they literally cannot hear what I hear when he sings. But, to defend some of the critics who think we are exaggerating Adam's talent, I don't think many of them have actually seen/heard him perform enough to know what we know. I have occasionally checked out some other pop star's performance on YT, and read some of the comments. Some say how incredible the artist is, how amazing their voice is, how they are the best singer on earth, etc. etc. and I shake my head. They aren't even as good as the musical kids I hung out with in high school. But, "celebrity worship syndrome" blinds and deafens fans to reality. Extolling your favorite celebrity crush is commonplace. To outsiders, we must look the same as these other cray-crays who think, for example, that Katy Perry is the best singer on earth (sorry, Katy, but just..... no.). I think Adam will have to sneak up on them in disguise and astound them before they know he is "Adam Lambert." Then, maybe they will understand that other fans exaggerate, but, if anything, we undersell. Right? Of course I am right.

When I played Rockstar yesterday, it had 300 views. Today, it has 41,817:) When it had 300 views on the view counter -- it had many more views. The first 300 views on You Tube are real time. Then the counter freezes at 300 -- and YT switches to periodic updates where they remove spamming and bot plays and post a view count that is the estimated actual popularity.

I agree I used to think how can't they hear what I hear. Some people will never change their minds. I know my Husband didn't think much of Adam don't get me wrong he thought he was talented but not all that. But when we went to the Brisbane and heard him live he couldn't believe how good he was. There is just something about him that I find incredible. It's not just how he sounds it's the whole package. I don't care much anymore when people say mean stuff about him I know how I feel and he makes millions feel. I look forward to reading what other fans have to say or what he is up to. I never miss a day Thank you guys for being so wonderful and keeping me up to date. And thank you Adam for being Adam

I believe that Adam will sing about 20 songs. They will have Brian and Roger sing 4-5 and do a couple instrumentals. We know that Adam has always been very careful about not doing more than about 60 minutes of active singing in one concert and not singing more than 2 back-to-back concerts. This is much more strenuous than doing musical theater. 60 minutes = about 20 songs. The above is from yesterday, but I figured I have a better chance at someone responding if I post it today? Supersonic Korea says Aug 14-15, and Summersonic Tokyo and Osaka is Aug 16-17. That is 4 back-to-back concerts. I wonder, does it mean that they are doing only one day - the first day - in Korea? Otherwise, it will be 4 back-to-back concert that will include travel! Even if it is close by, traveling from Korea to Japan will take some time. On a side note, I am ecstatic that QAL is playing in Japan. My mom is a very typical, conservative Japanese woman. Her love is opera and does not listen to pop/rock/country music. However, she watched a Queen documentary and fell in love with their music and Freddie's voice. I found out later that she and my dad went to see Queen + PR when they went to Tokyo (I guess in 2005?) A rock concert!!!! I thought it was really cool, though I must admit I fell off my chair when I first heard about it . And that my dad who along with her just because he didn't want her to be alone at her first rock concert I doubt that my parents would ever do a festival (outdoors, in the middle of August) so I was wondering out loud (sending out to the universe) if there is a chance that they would do a separate arena concert. I would LOVE it if my mom could hear Adam live with Queen Seoul is two days, in one location. I think Queen + Adam Lambert will perform on the first day. Then take a day off, go to Japan for the two days of concert. 1 concert, 1 day off, 2 concerts. Unless it was just released, the official line-up for Super Sonic 2014 Seoul has not been released. *** Adam manages his vocal commitments carefully. I do not think he would do 4 concerts in a row because he would not be able to do a great show for that 4th night -- at least vocally. *** Love the story about your mom. I think there is a chance they do more concerts in Japan. Probably depends what is in the contracts. They did 6 shows in Japan with Paul Rodgers.

I have been very impressed by all the good words about Glamberts..like polite, caring to all at concerts, etc. Haven't read or seen a word in a long time about older women etc. Adam has tons of young fans and more male fans than ever... So IMHO all is GREAT I know, I know, I was just chit chatting... But among the lingering ones, the one I talked about would be the most annoying. All is great indeed All is great if you don't read Queenonline forum
