My monumental moment was at the st agathe show when Adam said (and I'm paraphrasing because I can't quite remember!!!!) "we have a little treat for you" and then went on to debut outlaws of love. The utter shattering excitement I felt when I and the rest of the crowd realized we were going to hear brand new music from his upcoming album before anyone else!!!! Ok, one more: Same show, he was singing "purple haze" and the heavens opened and it started to rain and the show kept right on. Religious experience, I tell you. One more - not really a moment for me, but a video favourite. There is a particular recording of an S8 idol tour video (I think it's Cleveland, but I'm not sure). In the transition between singing Life on Mars and Lets Dance he strips off his coat as we all remember. The decibel level of the crowd goes through the roof. I just love it. It's incredible. I so love hearing crowds scream for Adam, and this one is particular good. My favorite Adam concert so far -- and I thought it was insane to fly up there at the last moment. When if rained at the end of the performance during Purple Haze -- and he was "kiss the sky" and ate raindrops. I never knew that huge fireworks over a big lake could be anticlimactic until that concert.

Thanks for sharing all these great stories! Picking just one is REALLY hard...there's the song that hooked me (Ring of Fire), my first after-show autograph, the Kiev Queen concert (yes, I sat and cried watching it on my computer too...) that WB Kickin' In (damn that was a good show!) but... I think I'll have to go with the night I lost my Adam virginity: WLL @ the RMT/Highline show. You had to win tickets for the concert, and I entered just ONCE and honestly didn't even remember doing it. I never win anything, ever. But somehow, I WON! But wait...I don't live in NYC, so I was worried I couldn't go due to their crazy radio rules! I emailed some nice person for a couple of days about the tickets and they said it was fine, as long as I understood that they weren't paying for me to get there. Ok, fair enough! Then I had to send forms and ID's and get things notarized. Then once that was all over, I thought it seemed a bit silly to fly to NYC for no other reason than to see a concert - an American Idol/radio contest concert. Hmm...this was WAY outside my wheelhouse. Some (clearly more sensible) glamberts convinced me that I HAD to go (thank God!) This was the first time I saw Adam live, and there was just something special about that little tiny, dingy, wonderful venue. It was FREEZING waiting outside and SWELTERING once we finally got in the door what felt like HOURS later. I perched myself off to the side by the bar and had a perfect view. When Adam came on, the room was simply electric and pulsing, like it didn't have quite enough space to hold all the energy. I think it only holds about 500-ish people? So intimate and cool and totally rock & roll. And Adam was ON FIRE that night - wild, sexy and free. I was singing and screaming the whole time like a crazy person. This was the night that gave us the black lipstick smear, the GB grabbing, the infamous camera lick, and THIS: Oh, and it also rekindled my love of live music, small awesome venues, travel for no good reason, and hooked me once and for all on this crazy wonderful amazing singer! Didn't flinch this time around booking my flight to NYC to see the MSG show with Queen! "If I offended anybody - tough shit!" ILHSFM

My monumental moment is with Emily in seeing Adam at the Bing Lounge in Portland. It took me weeks to win that darn concert and M & G. I won it finally within 3 days of the show using a rotary phone when all the cell phones couldn't get through. I had half my office calling on my behalf! It was worth it though. He looked beautiful in his blue McQueen shirt with grandpa vest. When I knocked Emily over to run over to see him, I asked for a hug. I looked into his beautiful eyes and gave him a big hug. He was now real and a flesh and blood human. I just love him. LOL... Winks... Waves... What a great day:-) The price one pays to be the +1, hahaha I was so happy you shared your extra ticket with me. Huge thanks!

Jamiglambert I loved how at the end of his performance, after being this bad-ass rocker all night, he says, "Thanks for playing along people. This was fun!" Bad-ass rocker with a smile!lol ILHSM
