If he is on, I pray it is for a solo and not a duet. There really is no obvious contestant to put him with. Caleb does kind of 80's style rock but would be better with some classic rock act or Daughtry (who will not be on the finale). Jena Irene is pop-rock and that would be the best fit for Adam vocally. But does not seem right to me. Alex does kind of indie style alt pop-rock. He said Adam was his favorite Idol but no genre fit there. Maybe someone else can figure it out. I would love for Adam to do a solo but what would he sing since the Trespassing era is over? Ok...got an idea. If it's not possible for Adam and Queen to perform maybe Avicii, Adam, and Nile could do LMD and get that building moving and jumping to another stratosphere! You know using lights, lazers, fog etc.  I joke..I joke!lol As that other LMD guy said... Avicii, NIle and Adam, LMD... now that is a tune!
And it would be "a million awesomenesses" to have it performed on AI. It is a song that should not be buried in an album. Other countries have the pleasure...why not everywhere! |

Adam Lambert is at number 7 for our countdown from his days as a mentor, but this won’t be his only appearance! ok, need English comprehension genius here: option 1: Adam will have another spot on the countown, i.e. another GIF option 2: mentor appearance is not the only one and we will see him again on AI, which would mean finale I guess... HELP! Yes Seriously, I think it means that the mentoring will not be his only appearance. They are only doing 7 GIFs. Adam in 2 of them would be ridiculous! I can think of 7 GIFs of Harry alone that could make Top 7. Then add in JLo, Keith, & Ryan antics..... plus the contestants! Well, Adam being in 2 makes no sense. I am still holding on to Adam and Queen appearing! |

Heartbreaking, they have worked soooo hard on this! This is all the information I've been given.
Sorry who is "they"? Queen and Adam had to cancel a pre-party appearance or is this a fan thing? Official thing? Confusing. The Hard Rock Hotel ticket office/special events team was doing this. It was an extra thing they added. |

Have there been any solos in the AI finale in the last 5 years? I don't think so. So I would be really surprised if Adam did a solo with or with out Queen or Avicii. Yes there have been solos on the finale. Last year JLo and Pittbull performed without any contestants. In 2012 JLo also did a duet. I do not now who Adam would do a duet with. And we still do not know if he will be on -- although that tweet sure make it look like he will. Lots of solos, Beyonce and Gaga come to mind right off the top of my head. But they had new songs to promote. |

HELP! My translation is they are trying to be ambiguous!! But I think we will see Adam on the Idol finale!
I'd love to see Adam in AI Finale in any capacity .. love to see him perform with Queen.. it's good to promote the QAL tour and good AI story. However, if AI will have a QAL performance in the finale .. Adam + Queen will still all the thunder. People will forget who's the winner and the kids and remember Queen + Adam's performance, which I could care less. But is AI ready for this?
