JLo already performed her "I Luh Ya Papi" song this season. Please don't tell me we have to suffer thru another of her self-promotions! Can't the finale just be about the contestants? And previous Idol alums...if they're named Adam Lambert! She has a new single out and it is actually pretty good. Not a dance song, pure Pop! "I Luh Ya Papi" was not pushed to radio. This one is the real single! "First Love"

I have been watching Idol on and off all season and it's more likely that Caleb will end up in a duet with Meatloaf or Jack Black, especially if he is booted this week. If he ends up Top 2 they will want to feature him more seriously and Adam would fit the bill, especially from the POV of upping the creative ante (Caleb is good but he's not a re-interpreter of songs). A session with Adam would do him the world of good.
Maybe I just HOPE this is true but the likeliest scenario imho: Adam will appear with Queen in the finale. It is on May 21st, approximately 3 weeks before the iHeart showcase, and around the time when they would begin rehearsal. They don't need to promote ticket sales but it would ensure that the North Eastern Seaboard concerts sell-out. A girl can dream.
Idol ratings are so low that they have many more things to worry about that finale acts upstaging their contestants. Their priority will be to draw as many viewers as possible to actually SEE their winner sing.

(Although I expect you may be joking.) Putting Caleb with Adam is very unlikely. ** There is no reason for Brian and Roger to fly to the US for the Idol finale, then back to London for rehearsals. I do not see that happening UNLESS there is some other reason to come here. ** I do not trust Idol and they could just pull out 30 seconds of the Adam - Chris mentoring for the finale and be counting that as a reappearance. I recall that Idol teased that Adam would be at the finale in 2011 and he was not part of that alumni chorus. ** No date for the iHR showcase has been announced but it seems like that will be in the middle of the QAL tour. (Or did I miss this?)

Just asked this question in today's thread. Always figured that iHeart show would be June 30th or July 2nd. Built around the 2 Cali shows. The reason for Roger & Brian to be here would be to perform on Idol! That IS a reason! I am not counting on it, but i am not ruling it out! Remember how "stealth" they were getting here for the Queen announcement? No one was 100% sure they were in NYC until they walked out!
