As to how Adam's voice has improved since Idol, it is somewhat hard to tell from fan-made videos rather than professional recordings. I hear more richness in his low register. I also hear more roundness and fullness in his belting, particularly in the higher register. Earlier recordings sometimes were a bit piercing, and now have more of the lower harmonics as well as the higher ones. It is warmer. I think he has also further developed his "rock" and "pop" voices so that he doesn't sound as "musical theater" as some of the earlier recordings. He can still produce that "legitimate" sound, but can also sound less formal, if you know what I mean? His technique and control have always been exemplary. And he has always known how to wring emotions out of a song like no one else. Adam's performance "Crazy Little Thing..." at iHeart was amazing. His low register was so juicy and WWTLF was unbelievable amazing: the best rendition so far  |

Completely OT: the best performance of all seasons of DWTS! : Max found his Kelly. My man Derek I studied dancing for 12 years,been to lots of dance concerts,movies,etc. I have never seen a "dancer" that has blown me away like Meryl.She's like some fairey out of Midsummer nights dream.. she floats,her feet barely touching the floor ,Her body is so supple she can literally turn herself upside down and double up,leap ,spin and almost fly. I saw her skate/dance during the Olympics .. but this dancing rather than skating to me is other wordly.I live to see her dance almost like I live to hear Adam sing.To me ,she is perfection |

Completely OT: the best performance of all seasons of DWTS! : Transcendently beautiful performance. I hope Meryl switches over and dances. Hope she competes with Max in ballroom but even more I hope she joins a first class modern dance troupe. She is utterly captivating. Max seemed to stir her. She suddenly bloomed as a woman. It will be fascinating to see her dance with Charlie tonight. I think plutonic will echo through the ballroom whereas Max makes her sizzle. |
