We are The Champions playing now .....as the Kings hoist the Stanley Cup!

edit: now Happy is playing...Queen and Pharrell...on the same night ...Adam is good company....
....maybe someday....he might have song that will ring out, maybe not for sport but for a statement issue!
( even though Adam is not into sports...it would be cool to hear his friend's songs being played in a prestigious event. )

I love Adam but I hate Google! So, I refuse to sign up and hopefully the video will show up later. I would like to know how they can recognize me when I have deleted all cookies and refused to sign in on any Google site for many years. Any one know?  |

Oh wow, I can't even imagine sitting at this concert. I hope people around me decide to stand as well. I don't think I've ever been to a concert where people sat the whole time (except Adam's show here in PA where the 2 women beside me thought everyone around them should sit and complained for like 1/2 the show, until they FINALLY gave in and got up and danced too lol) NOT, LOL. No one was sitting for the Trespassing show.  |

I would like to know how they can recognize me when I have deleted all cookies and refused to sign in on any Google site for many years. Any one know? Google has its eyes pretty much everywhere. Do you have a youtube account? Is that tied to anything? They can know you via any gmail correspondence, via youtube, and a myriad of other places that expose you without your knowledge, which is scary. I am also staying away from these see-all services like google+ and Facebook. But the reality is that google manages to get significant information about me, without me signing in, unfortunately. Not quite sure what to do about it either. We have allowed big brother into our living rooms, and I am not sure we are going to get him out again. Politically, legally or otherwise. |

To clarify, I was NOT talking about the LIVE Proud concert. I was talking about the Google hangout event. Maybe it is Google that's the problem. But I thought it was supposed to be center on gay pride, and yet the questions and comments are off-topic if that is the case.
If I am disappointed, maybe it's just me.

Yes, they have your local IP address and a device ID even if you never sign in. So if you search for "oriental rugs" they know, if you watch an Adam video on YouTube, they know. And, best of all, they have a satellite photo of your backyard. :( I will also be watching from afar. I have Google relationships but hate Google +. Not even for Adam. **** New thread is up!! |

This event was added at the last minute. And the social media agency doing it is clueless. They started out trying to promote it to members of an Adam fansite that have been abandoned for over 3 years, and that was less than 1 week ago. The rest of the campaign will be good. IMHO,Adam is a world wide star.. he has tons of fans ,why does it matter how many gays are fans,how many women are fans,how many under 30 are fans... Fans are fans...He is loved by many ,adored by more and it's intergenerational,and very varied...To me it just shows what Adam has claimed ..music brings people together. Could there be a better example than Queen and Adam together... |

I half heartedly listened to a radio seminar on this very topic -- once Google knows you it's next to impossible to remove all the hooks. There is info out there on how to do it though. |
