Isn't his guitar tech stage left? Meaning on the left when you are standing onstage looking at the audience. The guy who hands him guitars comes from the right side of my YT videos. Right when looking at the stage is actually "stage left." If I remember my theater days correctly. Oh, I don't do left right very well -- he's Stage Right = Brian's side. No problem. Everyone struggles with stage right, stage left, upstage and downstage. I have to mentally stand on the stage in order to figure it out. Brian is on Stage Left. Spike is Stage Right. Roger is Upstage. The thrust is Downstage. (Did you know that in the past, the back of the stage was actually raised higher than the front? Hence UPstage.)

Just chiming in with my two cents worth on the discussion:
For me there are three different things.
Runs/melisma/signature run taken to that highnote/etc:
Artistic choice. I personally usually lean towards 'a few less runs would be better and more of an impact' - side of the argument.
Grit and raspy voice:
Totally different story. There is a price to pay for going in that direction, and thank goodness, Adam chooses to stick to his way of doing things, no matter what the critics or some of the rock loving public are saying, and I love him for it. Adam is sticking to his guns and waiting this one out. Good for him. He will win this one. And as others said: Whoever does not like it, has plenty of other artists to choose from. lol Thank you, Adam!
Sexiness:
For me, natural is an important part of being sexy, don't like 'forced sexiness'. Adam is just himself, he is having fun, and it is so sexy. He is doing great, imo and probably will dial it up again a bit more in his own concerts. With Queen, even though he is the frontman, he is still part of a team, and I think he has got that balance just right. Just because other rock acts or pop acts are raunchier, does not mean has to follow suit. No issue for me there. Nope. None whatsoever, lol.

Last night I was in line behind 2 Queen fans that saw Queen & Paul Rogers 4 times including a special concert in Aruba. They had seen the concert on Saturday and were not impressed with Adam. The husband said that Adam "tried to hit the high notes like Freddie", but that he didn't succeed. Another Queen fan joined in and said that Adam tried too hard. The first 2 fans preferred the Paul Roger's collaboration. They think that this collaboration with Adam will be only for this tour and that Queen will find another vocalist to tour with in a few years. But, they were back for another show. So, they must not have disliked it tooooo much

Virgo, well whatever floats those guys' boats! Bridgeymah, is this the Voice guy? I couldn't find his WATC on youtube yet, but his If I Had You cover is, er...and I like seeing covers of Adam's songs. But I kept getting nervous as it seems like he's running out of breath on every line. Is he the Voice Au frontrunner or something? youtu.be/uRwOplSKiHQYep that's him. Though is younger and has less hair in that vid He is one of the ones people keep talking about - there isn't really a front runner this season. This guy is the "male rock" singer of the bunch. He's pretty avg. pitchy with no control outside his power band and limited control in it - not being helped by shit song choices from his coach. If you search his name and the voice australia you'll find you tubes of some of his season performances. WATC should be up in next couple of days...

See, this is an example of Adam singing and being up against 'phantom Freddie'. There is no way, that you can find video to prove that Adam did not hit certain high notes and Freddie did. Nope. Now, can they have their opinion about not liking the collaboration. Sure. Btw, they are probably right about this collaboration being only for a few years. Last I checked, it was actually only for a few months, but then, none of us is truly believing that one. But, in a few years, Brian and Roger are hitting 70, I bet hitting those drums and strings night after night will become a bit tiring, eventually. Right now, it seems like they have been so rejuvenated, so much so, that it is hard to imagine a stop, but eventually everything will run its course. Question is, whether new music will spring from this collaboration, and that will be interesting to watch, how it unfolds. First comes A3, though, please, pretty pretty please!

I am still curious about what are their impression of AFL after the 2nd vegas show. All I heard from Queen fans in my section after the show was one word: AWESOME......... on repeat

This might be OOT, but I am reading this book called "Feminine Lost" by Jennifer Granger, and just came across with this paragraph: "Now let’s look at the men in our world. First up is the Sensitive Man, a person born male who operates as a male, but owns his feminine aspect without apology. He has found a balance between his yin and yang, and he knows how to express his feminine side. He is the best of both worlds, a champion among men and a sympathetic ear for women, but unfortunately he is so rare as to qualify for the endangered species list. He is hard to find but worth the search." I think our BB fits in this category perfectly, don't you think? BTW, this book is very interesting. Check it out if you are interested
