Thanks Murly and Babs 12 for your musings and recaps! With only the Vancouver show as my concert experience, and disappointing as far as meeting Atoppers, I love all this stories of meetings and times spent together, making it all that much more real.
Nannygoat, thank you so much for bringing over that Facebook post by Michael English. He really gets it, doesn't he! In one of his replies to the comments on his Facebook page he comments to one of the skeptics "Music is silence if the song isn't sung". Isn't that what this whole concert tour experience is all about? So very true, love that comment! Music needs to be played and sung and shared in order to stay alive. If it wasn't we'd lose such a vast amount of history, enjoyment and shared moments. |
