Half the Auburn Hills new batch of floor tickets are gone. Very pleased they sold this one out! It is the biggest venue on the entire tour. Q3 - How big is this venue? I called holds 22,000 for a basketball game, less for concerts.

It varies based on configuration -- and I am not counting the dots. Looks like it is about 17,000 for this show. It should be about 1,000 seats more than Chicago with the side sections they are selling and the club packages. Some concerts there are limited to 12,000 seats, but they are selling to the walls for this one. It holds 24,276 for basketball. For comparison (for basketball), Chicago United Center is 23,500, Madison Square Garden 19,763

I did a little something, because I needed to know. The classifications are mainly based on parts of reviews about Adam, but they rarely differ from the reviews of the rest of the concert except in a couple of cases. I tried to find all the reviews, I'm sure I've missed some. I'll add them later. Thanks to the mods for all the front pages of concert threads!!! And if anyone wants a different classification of any review, or suggest another title, let me know, please. QUEEN + ADAM LAMBERT CONCERT REVIEWS SO FAR

Q3 - How big is this venue? I think around 18,000+, like MSG and Toronto!! It's bigger than both MSG and Toronto. They have done end stage concerts in Auburn Hills with 18,000, but they did more partial view seats and no catwalk and the stage was back farther. Toronto, end stage concert capacity is (west end stage): 15,800 -- less what they displaced with the catwalk. So 15,300 for Q+AL. Madison Square Garden (end stage): 15,500

I still have 4 tickets together in Section 123 for Detroit that I'm now willing to sell for less than face value $50 apiece, so I don't get arrested for scalping. PM me or tweet it out,

Interesting technical detail for those who care about lighting and audio-video. While watching this video, www.youtube.com/watch?v=ltlz-GH0k70#t=113notice how the big screen is trimmed to the shape of the Q and as it is lowered for SSOR, it SLOWLY removes the oval to produce a rectangular image when the Q reaches horizontal position about time code 2:10! It is so smooth it is barely noticeable. Kudos to the video people! kryptoman68! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for posting this video!!!! I wish there were more like this, showing the full stage production! I love all the Adam closeup vids but I'm really in awe of all the work & the detail that went into the entire show. Maybe I need to check out the Queen sites to get more stuff like this. This is truly amazing!
