What's this about Poland on Feb 21st? Seems something from Live Nation Poland? I didn't realize that Live Nation had a "branch" in other countries. Wonder if they will set this up with VIPs, etc. like here in The States? www.facebook.com/LiveNationPL/pYup they are in Poland, I have them on subscription, they have VIP-s and all that www.livenation.pl/ and I will kill them if they are trolling! Oh looks like a Queen clue -- scroll down.... Live Nation Polska Yesterday W nawiązaniu do zespołu .................................................. Ładne, prawda...? In reference to the band.................................................. Nice, right ...? (y) (Translated by Bing) Note: Foster the People has a song called "Don't Stop" but "Don't Stop Me Now" + Queen. ** But I don't see anything on that page about Feb 21?

Please, do not explode:) That is indeed lovely, aleks, honestly, when is he NOT the sexiest? Gosh he is just dreamy. It is always such a bonus for me to remember that he can sing too! But it was the the Red House outfit that is at the top of my list that I was mentioning. I loved it, too! He first wore it here, I think

Thank you. For me personally, I don't mind the cold. I grew up with it. I have lived in LA for 6 years but lived in Cleveland (GO CAVS!) for 34 years before that. Talk about crappy winters, LOL. I went the wrong way!! I moved from Malibu to Cleveland -- in 1999! (And returned again to NE Ohio 4 years ago.) Yes, we get a "bit" of snow but looking out over the endless trees of the Cuyahoga National Park on a gorgeous late September evening if is so hard to even imagine Winter is coming. **** Seriously, if you are thinking about going to London for Q+AL do not let the weather deter you. As long as you dress for the weather it is a great time to visit -- and it is warmer and nicer than NYC in January. I used to go to London regularly on business and January-February were always nice because there are fewer tourists, and it is easier to get into shows, clubs, restaurants, etc. No way! You'll have to PM me and tell me what part of town you are in. I was born and raised on the east side right in the snowbelt. I am the youngest of 6. All of them but one sister and myself still live in the area. It will always be my hometown and we finally have some sports to get excited about. By the way, my other crush these days is Kevin Love from the Cavaliers....holy hotness. London sounds heavenly because I've never been before. I went to NYC last Thanksgiving and standing outside at the Macy's parade was ridiculously cold, so I will probably be able to handle London in January.

Ooops. Scratch Feb 21st in Poland....looks like that's The Black Keys. I just saw this on twitter w/o any details. That "Don't Stop Me Now" sign may be the only "clue".

OT but Time Warner really sucks. If I had another option I would drop them. Internet and cable are down right now and I get angry because my stinking bill is $215/month. It's ridiculous. I pay 30 euros a month for internet, cable AND phone and I think they are ripping me off;) Yeah its ridiculous. I do have a phone line that I don't even use, I have cable and one movie channel (HBO), internet, and two cable boxes, including 1 DVR. It's so overpriced its ridiculous. It goes up $10-15 about every 6-9 months. So stupid.

OT I just was at a cinema that showed Live at the Rainbow. And it was great!! I love this early Queen material, and Freddie was so very great. I am at the same time very sad that I will never be able to see him live, and very very thankful that I did get to see Adam.
I was a bit disappointed though in the people that were there. I talked to some of them, and they were mainly interested in discussing whether the harmonies were original and live or enhanced and not very interested in anything besides original Queen. It seems like it is the cool thing to be critical in the Queen fandom? Or do I have a weird outlook on it from reading QOL? I can be critical and sharp, and analytical as well (except when it's about Adam, but I know that, so I'll never try or pretend I am), but there is a time to nitpick, and a time to enjoy great music. And I know what I did tonight!
One of the people I spoke to saw QPR, but didn't like it enough to consider going to another incarnation of Queen. Well, I told him that he would miss a great show if he didn't, and to watch the announcements next week. And he's going to think about it.
And: they just HAVE to do White Queen on this leg of the tour. That song is just heaven.

I don't even have a DVR. We have Charter Cable. It was Time Warner at one time. Being rural, one company is always buying out another.

The date makes geographic sense -- Poland after Italy - Germany. I have been trying to figure out where they might go. I think this could be a lot of shows -- over twenty, and 7-8 weeks. mid-January to mid-March works for what we know of Adam's schedule. London O2 seems like the kick off date. (my bet is they return to the UK and then to London when they are all done). And there are a lot of likely tour destinations: London show - opener France - Paris Spain - 2 shows - Madrid and Barcelona Portugal Italy - Rome, Florence, Milan Switzerland Austria - Vienna Germany - usually gets a lot of shows - Munich, Leipzig, Frankfort, Dortmund, Hamburg, Berlin Poland Czech Republic Sweden Belgium Netherlands - 2 shows Hungary England - London, Manchester, 3 more Wales Northern Ireland Ireland Possibles: Norway and Finland They will close this tour up at a later date with a concert in London -- a summer 2015 special event?
