I don't want to bring over all the comments on The Forum QAL performance - but yes, it was the best one for me too, although the only other one I saw in person was San Jose. I really wish I could have been up in the front, but because of my hearing loss I need to sit back farther so my ears don't get totally blasted as I need to save what's left of my hearing so that I can enjoy Adam for years to come.
Anyway, here's why this show was memorable for me: (1) I went with my LA son who is also a big Adam fan, but I didn't tell him anything about the show itself which I had seen a couple of days earlier in San Jose. I just wanted him to experience it fresh as I had done - and he was blown away. At the conclusion he said, "I have no words!" (2) I loved how it seemed that the whole Forum was just filled with human voices singing along - and me included, and here I was singing with Adam! (3) The look on Brian's face looking out at the crowd at the end - priceless!

Does anyone have an edited mp3 DL for the IZOD concert that can be made into a CD or any of the concerts besides MSG, or the 2 Vegas concerts that I have now? I would like to make some CD's that could fit the wole concert on one CD by having been edited. I was wondering if there were any DL's available. ETA: Oh! I see Bamafan's post with the link for downloads! What a treasure chest of mp3's/mp4's!! Thank You!! adamrocks.....I'd like to take credit, but it was Mys*&@^#r who posted the link to the IDF downloads in her reply to me.

I saw this concert in DC- Adam was dressed up for the event and gave a great speech. wished more had attended, but there was little promo or advance warning, but for those of us there we were really close.

So back to favorite concert. Despite gripping about the aisle at the Forum, I loved that show and particularly Adam's first prowl down the catwalk. That was when he was still coming all the way to the thrust during AOBTD. I was, as I said, right in the front row and it felt like he was coming right at me. My nervous completely gave out at that point and like the rest of you, I felt like I was in a coma for the rest of the time. However, my favorite concert was probably Atlantic City - also front row thrust no aisle AND the first time they did Dragon Attack and that wiggly, thrusty body seemed to be within grasping distance. It was nuts! I also loved IZOD especially because of my Brian moment and could not complain about Las Vegas II - another front row orgasm (thank you forever Q3!) Problem is that I don't think I can ever be anywhere but really close. I am an addict. I freely admit it. I need the ju ju. That prowl down the catwalk during AOBTD was my favorite of all the shows. He did that shoulder action and slinky walk and I love it when he pranced around the end of the thrust. I can see you and all my friends lined up on that front row in the vids! Altho her vantage point was fantastic, Luv2Laugh had a hard time filming that nite with the constant traffic in front of her. Yes, we are up close addicts. Fingers crossed that the A3 tour will have seats...at whatever price..lol....down front. I'm too old to line up all day for standing GA.

I know that you are kidding but there is no view from behind the stage --except a curtain and from most seats (partial view) a video screen. Generally this higher up you go, the better for these seats. Unless they change the set up for the stage, the only backstage that is viewable from seats (side of stage seats, not from behind), is a tech team space behind Tiger and Roger. The "backstage" that involves the artists is out of view. Adam exits on the audiences right side of the stage so the right side seat can get to see a bit more of Adam walking. Best from the front, floor, right side. Kindofrelated: I generally have the impression that Adam favours the right side of the stage (left from his POV). More loose, he moves towards there more easily. Moves to the other side seem more choregraphed/staged (apart from GNT Amsterdam oc). Is that just my imagination, or do you guys agree? Anyhow, thats what I usually base my ticket purchases on. TWO SHOWS IN 2015!!! I think he favors the other side (right from his POV), esp in QAL when Brian stands more on the other side. I usually aim for the left side facing the stage.

A friend of mine, who went to QAL with me this year, was not impressed with KP's show at the Staples Center a few weeks ago. She said she is not good live. I've heard that before from other people. However, she will attract a lot of attention so I get why she was chosen.
