Perhaps we have gotten to this point!  A question that has been on my mind and even reading back in threads it is not clear. What do we listen to, stream, stomp on or click to get Adam's era 3 all the support possible. Is it YouTube, Spotify ( or however you spell it) or combinations of things. I would like to be locked and loaded when the album drops. |

Bamafan is right. When Adam was in love he told everyone he was in love. I remember him on a TV show just beaming because he had a boyfriend. This is not my imagination. That is what Adam said to the world. And Bama you are right. When they broke up he said he was single and he said it more than once. And until he tells us or an interviewer something different, we won't know. I will once again have to use my imagination.

Interesting thread. I am on holiday break so way behind but I think we are in for a great few months.
Regarding A & S... I think that it is clear they enjoy being together. I also am 99% sure Adam approved of Saudi sharing all the pics.

So interesting chronology. Adam posts the Tulum pictures and we say "vacation must be over". Sauli posts hiking pictures Christmas morning confirming vacation over so we all start talking about whether or not they are still together, etc. Adam posts hiking picture specifically labeling it Christmas morning. Yup still hanging out together. If he didn't want us to know they were still hanging out he didn't have to post the pic or label it the way he did. So often his posts speak directly to the topic of the moment it is really hard not to think he is answering us.
ETA: Press has started to pick up on vacation photos with no mention of Sauli. I'd say he played that perfectly.

I find the most recent picture Adam sent to be the most interesting as far as a possible relationship goes. It is not really a very good quality picture. The only reason I can think for him posting it is because of the one Sauli sent about his Christmas hike. I think he is enjoying the speculation!

What struck me about the photos was the difference in hiking attire. Sauli is in tank and shorts while Adam has on long pants and a jacket/sweater...whatever...Sauli is accustomed to the cold, while Adam clearly has never been. Didn't take the time to check the temp in LA on Christmas, just assuming it was on the chilly side, which could be totally incorrect.  ETA: Ooops, curly posted while I was still typing! edit #2...it would have helped if I had taken the time to read lilybop's original caption for the photo....ok, back to lurking!!! |

In one of the American Idol judges interviews from this fall, Adam talks about what it takes to be a star. He says that it is not just the ability to sing good, but also things like people wanting to take your picture all the time. (Paraphrasing here as I don't have time to find the video.) I think Adam knows that it helps him in the long run to keep his fans engaged in wanting to know more about him and his life. And speculation fuels more talk than outright spelling out what the relationship is. Plus it gives him a bit more privacy. It is all about balancing how much privacy he needs versus keeping himself visible to his fans and the public in general. I think he has gotten rather good at figuring out how to maintain a balance. (This applies to more than just his relationships.) |
