Not sure I believe that. If he did he might have been taking a chance on altering his voice/resonance. If she just works for a surgeon, I'm not sure that is good enough. His nose looks different from different angles. Before and after pics or it didn't happen.
Here is Adam at the Grammys -- and his nose is not altered...

I have never seen anyone whose nose can look so different, depending on the angle of the photo, like Adam.
Q3, we can even go back farther that that, to high shcool, and it's the same nose!
