I love the fact that he has an actual logo/symbol for this era (and hopefully the rest of his career). Very good for establishing a recognizable brand. I'm excite! I just had to buy myself some Valentine candies and candles.....Ridiculous prices and even more ridiculous shipping per item, not order. #ItsAdamsFault Rats! I was ready to buy a great looking glass for my scotch & soda . . . only to find out it's a candle!!!!

I wish we could get an extension on this well into March! I've been so busy with the QAL tour, I just don't have the time to do this too. It's going to be very quiet in March (or maybe not!).

Hi everyone. I don't usually comment but I am here everyday and read almost everything. On the matter of the comment section and the crazy fan mentions. I think Adam's name is used knowing that he has an avid fan base and they love the clicks. That is why his name is used in all these voting sites because they know us.If Adam didn't have his crazy wonderful fan base no ne would even mention his name. We are why Adam went on Idol, to develope a fan base as ardent as we.THIS! Most sites write for clicks, and we do click. This is all that matters to the site owners really. A few silly comments on "important" sites, like RS, are of no consequence anyway... these kinds of comments are most probably common on any article that matters to a fan base and are expected as such. ok, enough on this...back to the best performance ever! videos are here!

It almost seems like we're talking about 2 sides of the same coin. Coin <glittery>: Adam fans comment a lot when Adam is discussed online Side #1: This is good. It means that Adam's name garners clicks and passionate opinions. Side #2: This is bad. Adam fans comment on everything and its annoying. I personally think the benefits of Side #1 far greatly outweigh the potential issues of Side #2 AS LONG as the conversation is kept polite, factual, and rational. A nd I think this happens the majority of the time. Are there some overly defensive individuals who even make the core fandom eyeroll? Yep. And there's nothing we can do but ignore them. Such folk will always be there and every fandom has them. Will there always be some snarkfest trolls who will take every available opportunity to make the proverbial "sparkle cow" or equivalent phrase in a comment section? Yep. Can't do anything to them either but ignore 'em too. But if the rest of the Glamberts or Queenberts or any berts want to populate a comments section with polite, factual, and rational commentary I'll cheer them on. I refuse to be embarrassed about my appreciation. And the more polite comments on a board, the less the fanatic or trollish ones stand out. #My$0.02 I agree with you Hoppers. Matters to whom? I think Adam lets us know when something actually matters to him. I can only remember one time that Adam asked his fans to 'back off' because it was hurting him, but I'm not sure if it was over calls to radio? Someone here will remember. And mys*&@^#r, what tweet of yours did he favourite? Otherwise it is just the relentless white noise that goes on in all fandoms and I think the behaviour is considered par for the course. Have we got to death threats yet, like the Beliebers? He's made a spectacular deal for TOH, partly because he has a solid and loyal fan base and is capable of growing it - and that's the assessment of people who now have a multi-million dollar investment in him. A few crays on articles made no difference. He's working with Queen, despite some fan behaviour. His twitter followers increase at a pretty steady and predictable rate despite some fan behaviour. His own tours have been sold out, despite some fan behaviour. I don't see any negative impact on his career whatsoever so far. Second-hand embarrassment for many of us - sure, I've had my face flush a few times. This: It was in regards to one "fan" who was spamming the Rolling Stone article written about how great the Gaga & Adam collab in OZ was. The article was nothing but positive. This particular fan was reaming RS because according to her, they never cover Adam by himself or QAL without Gaga. Mind you, this was after 4 feature articles had been in RS from March to Sept.! I never used Adam's name, Gaga, or Rolling Stone in my tweet! (Which totally freaked me out.)

We know the answer to this -- Queen -- specifically Brian and Roger. Brian and Roger never met with Adam during or after the Idol file. All three have said this in interviews. Brian said that they wanted to talk with Adam about doing something together and when the EMA 2011 performance came up they (Queen) contacted Adam. Thanks. Thought there might be more to the story. Brian apparently followed closely Adam's career. When the Time For Miracles was released (2009), Brian wrote in his blog: "I have to say I was completely blown away … it’s truly sensational. In fact it’s so obviously a number one smash, any bookie would be mad to take bets on it. I am not kidding. I’m not easily moved to jelly by male vocalists … but Adam’s voice reaches out with sensitivity, depth, maturity, and awesome range and power which will make jaws drop all around the world. Its an awesome performance. No doubt about it. The world of Rock has a bright new star.”

Re: The Crashed Car topic---the only car Adam talked about crashing up was his dad's Volvo when he was a teenager. I think if he were involved in any subsequent car accident,{POST IDOL} the whole world would know about it. Just think back to the "drunkin bar brawl incident in Finland." Couldn't put on the TV without hearing about it ad infinitum!
