Thank you for your terrific recaps! I am so glad you were able to see that show in Hamburg--it sounds like it was really special! And just so you know, when the day's posts go up about 10pm Pacific Coast Time in the United States, I know I will always want a snack after looking at your cakes because they always make me hungry!

Nikki -- YES -- he is confident without being arrogant. Not everybody knows the difference, but you can see a great example of it in Adam. It's what makes him so special. As he gets older and has less and less to prove to others, I can imagine that he will develop much of the same Zen attitude that Brian seems to have most of the time. His presence just keeps getting bigger on stage, which is amazing to watch.

Thank you Nikki for your wonderful page 1 post/essay. I save mostly pictures of Adam (a BIG file), but I'm saving your words right along with NoAngel's Scarlet Letter essay and the open letter to Aaron Hicklin. There are a few more posts I've saved over the years...time to go down the rabbit hole to read again...and maybe look at some pictures.
