Question?
I need to get that fire emoji. Were is a good place to get an emoji app? I need to get that for my PC and for my Android phone. I'm wondering how to use those on Twitter.

I'm not only new here but also new to the entire game of single releases and snippits and previews and so on. I'm finding it all very exciting and was hoping any of you "old-timers" could tell me what the buzz what like prior to the first single off Trespassing? Are these "wow" and "amazing" comments just what these people do or is it something special this time? To me it all feels like he's got a mega hit on his hands but I've got nothing to compare it with so I probably need a reality check!! Well, I know there are plenty of folks here who will remember much more much better than I do . . . But until they chime in, I will tell what I remember. I remember some but not this much attention. I remember that some of the excited tweets were from people who'd worked with Adam (Benny Blanco?), but then that was for a song that either wasn't on the album in the end or maybe just was not a single - I can't recall which. Some critic called one of the two "Tresspassing" singles a "perfect pop song'" I think . . . (Going waaaayyyyy back, I remember when Brian May heard "Time for Miracles" and said it thrilled him and "turned him to jelly"!) Thank you for your interesting info!!

I don't see "poor Shoshanna", but I do see someone fully engaged in Adam and in extension his fans. More #Adam Lambert, #Ghost Town slash tags out there the better! So I think we need to add cake to the champagne and money! Betty? I doubt her 'official' job description includes fan interaction, so yes she chooses to do so. That does not diminish my awe and support of her for having never (to my knowledge) started one of her responses as I would - you can likely figure out how that might go :D , hence the award. Well, I guess I too am in support of her not being too harsh to Adam's fans who tweet her (because she responds to them) if that's what you mean. I'm not in awe of it particularly, though - seems like common sense to me, but, whatever. Hell, I guess the last thing this world needs is any more people being denied cake so, count me in.

Mirielle, just for kicks, I just looked at Wiki entries on BTIKM and NCOE. Indeed, the blurbs they cite in the "critical reception" section do not seem as favorable to me as what we are seeing now for GT. And just as geez lousie said, they do praise his voice as being better than the songs. Bodes well, doesn't it, for this time? Exciting times.

So it sounds as though there's a much greater buzz this time round which is great. I was just feeling a bit unsure because I tend to think this industry is a bit "oh, you look absolutely MARVELLOUS darling", if you know what I mean!

There in a nutshell (the bolded part of your comment) is where the problem is IMO. Common sense is sorely lacking in many of the tweets directed towards Shosh. I shake my head constantly. I can't imagine the patience it requires to respond in the measured way she usually does. Common sense seems to have gone the way of the dinosaurs..... in RL and online. YMMV.
