Does anyone know what an "agora" is? It's basically just an open space but I wonder if perhaps it could be covered?

I read part of the Sainte-Agathe website and it seems that not only is this a new festival, but one that is built around the theme of "FIRE". What could Adam do with this theme....hmmmmm...perhaps a song about fire? This could be really cool! CRAWL THRU THE FIRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll bet the old one still fits. Does anyone have an idea of what type of set he will play both in Russia and Canada? If anyone regularly corresponds with Tommy or Monte maybe you can weasel it out of one of them.

Sainte-Agathe-des-Feux - July 29 This info may or may not be accurate but according to various French internet sites, it's the first time this festival is being held. It will be set up in a beach area with a central stage and grounds which accommodate 10,000, an "agora" with a capacity of 5,000, and an additional site for 4,000 featuring video projection of the concerts. Tickets are $80 for access to all activities and there will also be individual tickets on sale for $50 for those wanting to be close to the stage area. The Hotel Spa Watel is supposedly right across from the festival site but please confirm this info for yourself if you intend to book. Spring - where did you book? Can you PM me if you prefer? So 19,000 peeps can view the concert.

One of my best friends lives in Kichener. She stayed with me a few months ago, I think I'll return the favor. Off to Mapquest how far it is. Actually, I think her in-laws live in Montreal. Any bed will do. Kichener is quite a ways but Montreal is very close. I lived in Ottawa for 6 years before moving out west and it is time, perhaps, for a visit to Daughter #1, and friends...hmmm....long way at a very hot time of the year. Can be really nasty...the humidity can kill! Environment Canada is predicting a very hot summer for the Ottawa area. And that means humidity, of course.

This time of year ...July is an incredibly busy time in Montreal...all kinds of activities, so if you are thinking of going reserve your hotel now.
Temperature usually pretty hot and humid.

Gaaahh, I am sooo tempted to go to this festival! What is train service from states like? (east coast) I could care less if he sings old, or new, music.
