If it's feedback that Adam wants, then I hope that enough of us shout from the rooftops that the next single has to be The Original High!  It just makes sense on so many levels. Evil in the Night is great fun, but feels slightly repetitious after multiple playings, and I just don't see it catching the popular imagination like TOH. (It's also a little long.) TOH is like Ghost Town in that it leaves you wanting more---it never outstays its welcome, and (like GT) is quite different from anything else out there. It's also perfectly constructed, and---unlike EITN---features a thrilling climax. Great music, great lyrics, and a terrific piece of singing; what more could anyone want from a single? I'm with Eber on this one  I Agree completely w/ everything you have said about TOH, only thing left out was that it references summer in the song many many times & has a summer feel to it as well. I'm afraid if it's not released now then it would have to wait until next summer or might not be released at all. Evil in the Night would be a great fall song, however would rather ALN instead w/ the "moos" taken out. I feel ALN is a better radio hit but EITN is more exciting when he performs it; a few ppl have touched on this after that KTEuphoria NJ concert, I agreed 100%. When Adam asked me personally when I met him a few days ago (got lucky seeing him in parking lot after he was leaving 106.5 interview in BAlt.  ) what song was my favorite I told him "all of them, but no seriously TOH." I think he really is torn on which one it should be.  It's always summer in LA.  I think it is great that there are real single choices on this album -- song I like that are also commercial pop recordings. I would literally be happy with any track on the album that Adam picks when the time comes. |

Way to go, Mayumi!!!!That was very courageous!I am sure there were many people who felt the same as you, but lacked your courage. Perhaps you have inspired others to stand up against injustice in the future.

Once we got in the car he asked to play "The Original High" first. I obliged gladly. Next he mentioned why Adam isn't releasing TOH as a single already. For him it has "summer hit single" written all over. I agree. |

Also alot of hollywood producers shoot big time movies in nz atm. Avatar 2 and 3 well be made in NZ, and of course LOTR. |

I think more then EITN, this is one my 4 yr. old daughter constantly asks me to play in the car. Not that she quite understands what rumors are yet but she still loves that song. My other top song which probably won't ever be released as a single is "The Light". I tend to play that one a lot. It is so catchy & just puts me in such a good dancey mood when I listen to it. It's my "go to" song now usually play it over & over quite a few times a day, probably more than any of the others. |
