hooplaHow does Tommy fit in Adam Tour #2, if Adam is still with Sauli? I have no idea, only some guesses. *I think Sauli would totally understand "fan service" IF Adam performs some songs where he FEELS the sexy is appropriate. If Adam chooses to do this and Sauli objected--I would imagine Adam might not accept that. I think Adam will do what he feels is natural to him. On the other hand, it may not feel natural to Adam. But I know he'll always want to be accepted for who he is and have HIS artistic choices respected. *I think there's a chance Adam may never provide the same LEVEL of "fan service" again, but will still want a guitarist who is totally okay with goofing around, having rock 'n roll fun with no inhibitions/judgments. I do NOT think Monte is homophobic in the least, but I often questioned his level of comfort with Adam's on-stage antics during GNT. Tommy, on the other hand, ENJOYED Adam's shenanigans. In other words, I don't know! But I want Adam to do what makes him happy--period. Tommy has been trying to earn a living with Monte doing small gigs, not on unemployment waiting for Adam to call...remember business is business. I'm sure if this is not resolved, Adam will have to find a new band that want's to work for 1 concert tour...maybe he's done playing with the bass player. Hoping the next album is all about the singing, not the antics! He's too precious to waste on a small fan base! |

I wonder why you would put it this way-- "he no longer needs his friends like he used to." Everything I've read about Adam, his interviews, his actions toward his friends and family, even toward his fans-- points to a man who values love, friendship and treats people with respect. He doesn't throw his clothes away... somehow I doubt he'd summarily discard his friends. Oh, Aloha, how I LOVE THIS SENTENCE!  Just hope they don't throw him away.... |

I haven't had a chance to check what all this was about until now and came here to read the thread this morning as twitter from last night was very confusing. Went to check Lisa's twitter page and it isn't there - or is it just me who doesn't know how to find it? I havent figured it out yet but I ASSUME she deleted her account ,cause she regret what she said ,and opened a new one? ??? |

I'm sure business is business, but it doesn't hurt old friends any less when people move along! I'm sure dreams were shared, but sometimes it doesn't work out. Adam must move along, but I didn't mean that he ever needed them business wise, this man could work with anyone he chooses! I mean real friendships, the friends that knew him before he became ADAM! He might regret losing his old friends, just hope everyone can work it out without slashing & burning! Nah, there won't be any slashing and burning, even though Lisa's rant did no one any good. I really don't think Adam is going to hold Monte accountable for his wife's words. Some people really shouldn't be on twitter. And sometimes I feel for Monte. But it'll work out like it's supposed to. No reason for angsting, IMO. YMMV. etc. He will always remain friends with the "old" friends who give him space and treat him with respect. (Just a side note: Honestly, having 4 kids may have been as big a change agent for Adam to adjust to as Adam's success is to the Pittmans. Very different lifestyles--and noise levels.) Willis responded to a tweet I sent him--and while I don't follow him, I have enjoyed some of his participation on the AdamRide. But I'm not sure he should tweet either, esp. while on meds. He hints at things better left alone--because if I were Adam, I wouldn't hire him again. I wasn't aware of any GN "drama" which is the way it SHOULD be, IMO. WARNWILLIS @hooplapf the drama usually lands at my door. I was the unsung scapegoat of Glamnation, and gladly welcomed it, cuz I can handle anything |

Heathers there are screencaps of Lisa's tweets (from @mindchanger?) on last night's thread AND Q3 has a good recap of them on P.1 News. Good to read them for yourself... ETA: And all of her tweets are still deleted...just look at @lisarrific. Well, Imma going to sleep now. Birds are chirping. Must be time. |

There are some things I'm certain about for the next phase of his career. I'll be initially surprised by what he does. Then I'll wonder why I didn't see it coming, because it'll make perfect sense with all the hints he's given us. I will love it. |
