I haven't read a lot of the comments on the Ghost Town video lately. I read a bunch of the comments tonight, most are really good but what is SOOOOOO COOOLLLL is that there are so many Recent comments, so many that are from a few days ago, today, a few hours ago. WWWWOOOOWWWWW!!! VEry very cooooolll so many new comments from people just hearing Adam for the first time or re-discovering him!! VERY VERY exciting!!!!  |

Judging by nearly every recent candid photo or recent appearance, clearly poor Adam has emptied his dimmer switch fund redecorating his house and indulging his shoe habit and can no longer afford to have someone mend the rips in his jeans...

Watching Jimmy Fallon. Ed Sheeran got a skit, interview, and performance of his new song. I remember reading that someone at Adam's show said Adam asked for an interview, but Fallon said not this time.
Hope he gets more time with Corden.

Watching Jimmy Fallon. Ed Sheeran got a skit, interview, and performance of his new song. I remember reading that someone at Adam's show said Adam asked for an interview, but Fallon said not this time. Hope he gets more time with Corden. Yeah I remember hearing that but how does this person at Adam's show know he asked for an interview? That's a pretty private conversation I would think. Well I bet Adam has an interview next time because he and J Fallon seemed to hit it off. |

Another thing I wanted to say about singles in general is yes, they are an odd thing about what people like. The song "Cheerleader" my husband was singing after only hearing it 2x's & said he loves it. My girls love it too, saw that it was #2 on the European chart as well as being huge here on the US charts now too. It's just such a catchy song with an amazing hook & we all LOVE it. That song seemed to shoot right to the top almost immediately, but I'm not sure if that's the case or not but seemed like they just started playing it a few wks ago & it's already huge all over the world. I don't listen to radio that much, I kind of flip through & try to find Ghost Town & then listen for a bit until I can't find a song I like then I switch back to Adam & TOH. It's been climbing for a bit, did not shoot to the top here. At least not like Selena & Demi's songs have. It's been out for over a year and it just piddled along in his native country for months. One of the explaining how Shazam predicts hits videos used it as an example. They started seeing the Shazams grow and that's when radio started adding it. |

I love all the tracks -- so not choosing. But I wonder if the divide is by genre and not be geography. There songs that seem to be less favorite for some are the dance pop tracks -- and of the dance pop track, the most dance pop, gay club worthy track on the album is TOH. It does not even need a remix. Are you a pop-rock and rock music fan? Versus dance pop fan? TOH is a club song, a dance song. Maybe that is why you are not a fan of it. "The Light" is a pop-rock anthem. Whoa!! I think of these songs exactly the opposite of you! The Light is dance club ready! No remix necessary! I think Lyndsey even said that in her review! I know one young UK member who loves TOH & TL, not so much!  TOH is very Pop Rock to me! Yes, my simple theory has a lot of flaws!! It lasted about 5 minutes.  *** New thread is up. |

Adam would not have talked directly to anyone involved with the show -- his management would have done that. And similarly Jimmy Fallon probably was not directly involved. Tonight they had two guests on the show which is rare. They almost always book 2 interview guests and 1 musical guest. So on Weds. the musical guest is James Taylor (performance, no interview). |
