First, I don't think Seinfeld or Little Mix will pass in a week. Shawn will and frankly, deserves to! His single has been selling like hotcakes and US radio has been ignoring him. So, GT starts at 23 this week, Shawn passes, which puts GT at 24. Potential to either go recurrent or drop below GT by the 23rd are: 5th H, Flo rida, Omarion, Wiz. Another one I am watching is Silento. Hoping the bloom is off that rose. And GT is up to #27 on the SIRIUS Hits One Playlist. << That all happened this past week! Ok, so you and I have the same idea, the timing is the the key. If SIRIUS can bring the average daily spin increase up from about 20 to say 60 and above then GT is in a much better shape. I still think we need to see 3 digits in order to get out and stay out of the mid-20s for more than a few days... as far as "deserving" to be up - well, I am sure we all agree that NO ONE deserves to be up the charts more than our boy   GT spins on Hits One are already at 38. Like I said, that has all happened in the past week! |

It's Hailee Steinfeld, Patti, with a "t" ~ no relation to Jerry Seinfled but an easy mistake to make since he's so famous. LOL!!! And she lives practically next door! LOL! Not really, the town next door! patti, In the beginning of his career, everyone thought that Jerry Seinfeld's last name was Steinfeld because that's a much more common name than Seinfeld is. Speaking of living near a celebrity, although P!nk grew up around ten minutes away from where I live, she lives in California now BUT her mom still lives near me and we go to the same spa. |
