I'm doing the happy dance today but it really shows just how much weight varies. From Monday morning to Wednesday morning I went down 4 pounds. Of course that could be a reflection of weekend eating but I'm really happy with where it went down to.
I'm in my second day of trying to alternate fasting/low calorie with regular but sensible eating. Kindof like what SophieB has been suggesting. Since she's primed me then I was ready for more suggestions that I ran across. What I'm trying is on Mon/Wed/Fri to not have breakfast or lunch and then very carefully eat dinner with all other days normal. I am allowing very small snacks. On Monday I had "bulletproof" tea (it's supposed to be coffee but I don't drink that yet). You can look up the bulletproof diet but I'm iffy on it. Anyway I just added coconut oil to my tea for some long lasting fat to burn to be less hungry during the day and then had a lightly deviled egg for lunch and then some chicken for supper at 7.
Today I've just had 1/3 banana and I'm hungry already although I think I may have been up longer. My hubby did it with me on Monday but doesn't want to keep doing it although he'll help by not cooking breakfast (we have chickens so breakfast is egg recipients) on those days.
We'll see if I'm any better keeping this up than I've been with other attempts. Hopefully I won't have forgotten everything by next week.

I am back to 130.0 again...which means 1.6 lbs up....oh well...

I'm up .2 this morning but I'll take it. Of course I over ate today so no telling what tomorrow will be. LOL

Sorry I'm a little late. About the same as last week, even with a bunch of exercising. Still struggling with late night eating. Also realize that I'm not drinking as much water as I should be, and think I will try to drink a whole glass of water before I allow myself to snack.

Have drifted a little off track last couple of weeks. Not going near the scales til next Wednesday...... I'm seeing Adam tonight

Completely forgot to check in yesterday. I am down almost a pound but the weird thing is my weight has stayed the same for three days in a row. I think that's a record. LOL

I wrote a long piece (for me) yesterday that disappeared and I didn't do it right so that the draft feature saved it either, drats.
But I have been continuing on my modified MWF fasting and I'm still seeing results in the 2nd week.

Same as last week, YAY! Getting a bit more steps in even though I haven't done many "walks". I did spend some time walking around Universal Sunday evening and got over 12k steps that day. Weather was beautiful.

My feet are complaining so the dogs are getting less exercise and the bike is getting more. I'm having a hard time fasting but I am trying to stay low calorie on those days. We have an omelet almost every morning (8 hens a laying) and it kind of starts from there. It does mean that I also get boiled eggs for my salads which I really like but looks like I will have to start giving away to the neighbors again soon. Anyway the three pound weight loss seems to have stayed with me and on the other good news front, it's summer so easier to drink to stay cool than to eat to stay warm. Also my dad is off to his summer home so less stress eating for me as his 1/2 year visits always tend to sour about now.
